    Embark on a dynamic career as a Sales Coordinator, serving as a key connector between sales and events teams to orchestrate seamless, memorable events. You will be responsible for developing effective sales strategies, coordinating catering services, and crafting bespoke guest experiences with creativity and precision.

    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to attract clients for events and catering services.
    • Act as a liaison between sales and catering departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
    • Facilitate the booking and planning of various events, considering clients' preferences and needs.
    • Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and event orders with accuracy and completeness.
    • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, contracts, and event details for future reference.
    • Conduct site visits with clients to showcase event spaces and discuss requirements.
    • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure resources and negotiate contracts when necessary.
    • Support marketing efforts to promote events and catering services, including creating promotional materials and social media content.
    • Work with sales and marketing teams to maximize revenue opportunities and meet sales targets.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 2 years experience in luxury hospitality
    • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills

    • Sales Coordinator for the Italian market

    Reporting to the Sales Director Europe and coordinating a team of sales agents throughout Italy, the Sales Coordinator - in accordance with the corporate strategy - is responsible for the development of sales in the Italian market, and in particular :

    • Participate in the definition of the commercial policy
    • Manage, recruit, train and animate the sales force
    • Monitor the achievement of objectives and implement specific commercial actions to extend them
    • Relay the promotional offers defined at the head office
