This role is responsible for the execution, analysis, and preparation of period close, incremental funding requests, forecast analysis, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and ad hoc financial analysis to support the growth and strategic decision making of the business. This role works closely with the Field Sales, PRGM Strategy, Sales Strategy, Brand Finance and others in the development and execution of business plans to ensure delivery of net sales targets and profitable growth of our business.

  • Provide customer insight and analysis into drivers of change for key metrics: volume, price, margin and profitability by brand and/or pack-type
  • Identify any fluctuations between the plan/forecast and actual sales trend, communicate with the sales team and develop solutions to drive sales
  • Provide insights and analytics and work alongside Revenue Management to help the sales teams develop robust customer programming that delivers against AOP metrics and accurate business forecasts
  • Execute trade management and support analysis for pricing events and promotions

    Due to the highly interactive and team-based nature of this role, in-person attendance for most of the workweek (i.e., 3 days or more) is essential for: effective communication including during in-person meetings, strong supervision, real-time problem-solving, and participation in cross-functional initiatives.

    The purpose of this Sr. Manager Sales Finance position is act as the primary Finance contact for the Field Sales teams with responsibilities spanning the Everyday Sugar, Everyday Fruit Snacks and Seasonal business units. The core responsibilities of this role is to provide the financial expertise, analysis, and recommendations that enable efficient and effective decision-making within the business.

    This role is responsible for the execution, analysis, and preparation of period close, incremental funding requests, forecast analysis, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and ad hoc financial analysis to support the growth and strategic decision making of the business. This role works closely with the Field Sales, PRGM Strategy, Sales Strategy, Brand Finance and others in the development and execution of business plans to ensure delivery of net sales targets and profitable growth of our business.

    Ways you will make a difference
    • Provide customer insight and analysis into drivers of change for key metrics: volume, price, margin and profitability by brand and/or pack-type
    • Identify any fluctuations between the plan/forecast and actual sales trend, communicate with the sales team and develop solutions to drive sales
    • Provide insights and analytics and work alongside Revenue Management to help the sales teams develop robust customer programming that delivers against AOP metrics and accurate business forecasts
    • Execute trade management and support analysis for pricing events and promotions
    • Develop strong relationship with Sales VP and sales team
    • Communicate internally the status of all deductions via trade system
    • Provide insights and analytics to Sr. Leadership to evaluate in-month and current quarter shipment estimates
    • Execute net revenue and profitability analysis for incremental funding requests
    • Assist with ad-hoc and cross-functional projects as required

    Experiences that will support your success
    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
    • Minimum 7+ years of experience with CPG preferred
    • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
    • SAP and/or Trade Spend management tool experience is a plus

    Compensation

    The salary range for this position is $112,425-157,395 annually.

    We are currently looking for a Sales Finance Specialist in Milan.

    Requisiti :

    As a member of the Sales Department, s / he acts as a liaison between internal / affiliate departments on consumer retail / lease and dealer financial issues. S / he provides and promotes positive customer relations between the company and our affiliates and financial partners, while resolving related dealer issues.

    Main Responsibilities:

    Wholesale Finance Activities :

    • Credit Lines monitoring and development, both from an operational and commercial point of view, in collaboration with Financial Provider and Risk department.
    • Credit Lines overdue management through properly monitoring and tactical actions.
    • Operation related to Demo Cars (Credit Line & Insurance Provider management).
    • Dealer Bank payments monitoring to resolve related car registration issues (registration documents unlock process).
    • Wholesales Finance reporting.
    • Dealer support to resolve Wholesales Finance issues.

    Retail Finance Activities :

    • Define the communication plan in collaboration with Financial Providers and Marketing Department and Sales Incentive.
    • Support the Line Manager in Financial Campaign definition and negotiation with Financial Provider.
    • Support Financial CRM activities and Renewal Events.
    • Support the development of new Accessory Services.
    • Support the Sales Finance team regarding new products and launch projects.
    • Manage Financial reporting activities and KPIs monitoring.
    • Fixed Costs budget monitoring.
    • Collaborate with Sales incentives for system updates.
    • Dealer support to resolve Retail Finance issues.
