As a P&G Sales intern, you will get the opportunity to:
+ Build positive relationships with customers and effectively collaborate with them in critical business areas: promotion support, developing the right assortment, shelving, pricing and merchandising strategies;
+ Contribute to the development of sales concepts, product branding and go-to-market strategies and tools;
+ Be involved in the design business plans that will deliver sales and market share objectives;
+ Help customers to develop programs which will build the business for them and for us;
+ Collaborate with a diverse group of people from different functions (Finance, Marketing, Manufacturing sites, Suppliers, Product Supply) and countries to deliver key results.

Job Qualifications
We are looking for people who:
+ Master students or recent graduates with strong academic results;
+ Have creativity, innovation, initiative and follow-through with goals, along with strong written and verbal communication skills;
+ Have excellent project management skills, are able to see planned ideas through to the implementation stage;
+ Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
+ Are fluent in Italian and have an excellent ability to communicate in English;
+ Are available for a minimum of 3 months, preferably 6 months internship.
