Marsh is seeking candidates to join us as a Sales Professional for our Motor Specialty in the office of Milan.
- Develop the business in partnership with the different local offices throughout Italy and identify new potential clients within the Motor, Rent & Automotive Industry;
- Execute sales goals by maintaining a large book of business and by conducting frequent sales presentations, calls, and meetings;
- Negotiate contracts and fees with clients; interface closely with client executives and client teams to deliver client needs;
- Keep abreast of industry developments and trends, participate in events and conferences representing the company, and maintain a broad and powerful professional network.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Economics, Management, or similar;
- Previous experience (3-5 years) in the Motor Industry, preferably in business development within rental or dealer/automotive industries;
- Experience with technical analysis of motor fleet policies (claims reports and policy conditions);
- Fluent in written and spoken Italian and English.

ABOUT THE ROLE SC Johnson is looking for a Regional Key Account to be included within the commercial structure. The person, reporting to the relevant Sales Manager, will have the following responsibilities:- Management of the assigned customer portfolio in order to achieve sales objectives in accordance with the commercial strategy.
- Local negotiations and application of commercial agreements on the reference perimeter
- Management of the allocated budget
- Teamwork with sell in and sell out teams.
- Great organizational ability, flexibility in managing work priorities and passion in achieving results are required.

- Development of sales within the relevant customer perimeter, for the purpose of achieving the main KPIs and company objectives
- Effective management of commercial relationships
- Punctual and precise management of the assigned budget

- Constant monitoring of customer performances and definition of corrective actions if necessary
- Responsibility for managing second level local agreements.
- Previous professional experience of at least 6 years
- Degree in Economics or similar
