Di cosa ti occuperai?

  • Supportare il team Sales nell’identificazione di potenziali clienti;

Descrizione del lavoro:
GENERAL PURPOSE

To support the new equipment sales of BW Mestrino location. The position is responsible for supporting the assigned sales executives and commercial team throughout the sales process acting as an important link between the sales executive, internal team, and customer/prospect in order to provide a high quality of customer service and for the achievement of sales targets. The position is office based and may require travel between intercompany locations.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

SALES OPERATIONS:

- Act as primary support to field sales team providing timely responses to requests for quotations. Maintain library of core product line descriptions of machinery and commercial text to be used in quotations.
- Create and work with business processes to process project/system proposals through the business including quotation and OEM liaison
- Support, update and actively utilize Customer Resource Management (CRM) system to maintain accurate records of all contacts, activity reports, opportunities and competitive information for customers and prospects
- Utilize Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) system to assist maintaining accurate pricing and descriptions for the Horizontal and Vertical product Catalogs
- Act as key interlocutor and follow all activities with the sales executive, internal team and customers/prospects throughout the sales process through order confirmation and final delivery.
- Act as support for pre-order intercompany (Nottingham UK and Duncan USA) requests and issues, providing timely, accurate information and solutions to aid the global sales process and strategy.
- Handle urgent or critical sales activities when the sales executive is unavailable
- Support sales executives for key customer/prospect correspondence and visit/travel activity
- Organize travel and accommodations for sales team and visiting customers/prospects
- Prepare and update various sales related reports
- ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION:
Required High School Diploma with sales, sales administration, or customer service experience. A University degree in Language, Business, or Marketing is an advantage.

EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of three years of business to business sales, sales administration, marketing or customer service

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES:

Job Description

What You Will Tackle

  • Own the reporting environment for the Italian Remarketing field and inside sales teams.
  • Identify growth opportunities and conduct impactful ad-hoc business analyses.
  • Synthesize data from multiple sources to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations (e.g., resource allocation, key driver analysis, sales forecasts).
  • Present findings in a structured and meaningful way to stakeholders.
  • Coach and mentor a team of 2–3 analysts and project managers, promoting continuous improvement and professional growth.

What You Bring

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a high-pressure analytical role (e.g., consulting, strategic business development, e-commerce, or tech).
  • Proven experience managing analysts and/or project managers.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, SQL (Amazon Redshift is a plus), and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio.
  • Experience with CRM systems and other sales tools is a plus.
  • Degree in Business Management, Economics, or Engineering is an advantage.

    How you will Contribute

    • Support to Account Executives (AE) and Key Account Managers (KAM) in preparing slides, reports, and documents for key clients and internal presentations.
    • Management and ownership of complex and urgent quotations, coordinating with the Booking and Events teams to ensure speed and accuracy.
