As a vital member of our team, you will support Consulting, Advisory, and Architecture activities across Sales, Pre-Sales & Delivery, collaborating closely with Customer Partners and Kyndryl Consult Partners. With your extensive technical knowledge and mastery of the practice-specific domain, you will bring together the breadth of Kyndryl's expertise to develop profitable deals that drive our success.
Your dedication to continuous improvement and your passion for our practice will shine through as you showcase your end-to-end knowledge of the domain you align with, as well as the associated subdomains. Your technical prowess, backed by your external certifications, will establish you as a true authority in your field.
As a Technical Pre-Sales, you will possess strong technical and business acumen, allowing you to provide value driven solutions within the practice services domain(s). Your exceptional customer facing skills, combined with your articulate communication style and interpersonal finesse, will enable you to effortlessly convey the technical benefits of Kyndryl's capabilities, perfectly matching the unique needs of each customer.
As an strategic thinker, you will identify the intricate business and technical requirements of our customers, leveraging the vast capabilities of Kyndryl to generate winning cross-practice solutions. Your ability to develop and deliver compelling demonstrations, proof of concepts, and prototypes will clearly demonstrate the tangible value our offerings bring to our customers, leaving them eager to partner with us.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will also take the lead in coordinating the entire pre-sales process, ensuring quality and compliance verification while adhering to Kyndryl best practices. La risorsa ideale possiede una solida base tecnica in quanto avrà ruolo di supporto ai Key Account Manager nella promozione di soluzioni e servizi di Cyber Security all'avanguardia, con l'obiettivo di tradurre le esigenze dei clienti in soluzioni efficaci e personalizzate.

Le attività principali della risorsa saranno:

  • Supporto ai Key Account Manager nell’analisi delle esigenze, identificazione delle soluzioni, determinazione dei costi di progetto e servizi, presentazione dell’offerta ai clienti;
  • Proposizione dell’offerta di servizi e prodotti con attività di cross e up-selling;
  • Produzione e gestione di offerte, in affiancamento al team Presales e in collaborazione con i vendor di settore;
  • Sviluppo di pipeline, qualificazione di opportunità e forecasting;
  • Ricerca di nuove soluzioni tecnologiche a complemento dell’offerta aziendale.

Competenze e conoscenze tecniche richieste:

  • Esperienza di almeno 4 anni nel ruolo di Security Sales o Presales in ambito Security;
  • Esperienza nel disegno di infrastrutture complesse;
  • Esperienza nella redazione di documentazione commerciale;
  • Collaborazione con Vendor Partner come Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, SentinelOne, Trend Micro, Crowdstrike, Microsoft, etc.;
  • Conoscenza di un CRM (preferibilmente Salesforce);
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

In TD SYNNEX, we are looking for an Internal Sales Specialist within the Security Business Unit, responsible for processes and vendors' pricing, managing all quotes, and closing orders. Incentives are based on part of the portfolio.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Build excellent reseller and vendor sales relationships through proactive engagement and demonstrable product knowledge, under clear managerial guidance.

  • Engage in active inside selling by gathering relevant customer information and developing short, medium, and long-term activities.

  • Manage projects end-to-end or hand over to pre-sales for technical requirements.
  • Provide, sell, and negotiate product information, pricing, and promotions.
  • Ensure TD SYNNEX maintains service level agreements with customers.

Job Description:

In TDSYNNEX we are looking for an Internal sales specialized within Security Business Unit , responsible for processes and vendors pricing, manages all quotes and closes orders; incentivized based on part of the portfolio

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Build excellent resellers and vendor sales relationships through proactive engagement and demonstrable specialist product knowledge, subject to clear managerial direction

Generate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers. Can have a detailed conversation with customers on solution and identify opportunities to involve the right people in the company

Engages in active inside selling by gathering relevant internal and external customer information and develops short, medium and long term activities

Manages reporting and customer backorder along specialist knowledge and engages in “intelligent project fishing”

Either manages project end-to-end or hands over to pre sales for technical requirements

Provide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotions

Ensure TD SYNNEX maintains service levels agreements with customers

Attainment of Key Performance Indicators ( KPI’s ) such as customer engagement

Sell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and the Company value proposition

Provides accurate and timely quotations

Generate and own a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX’s CRM system , which is regularly reviewed and updated and ensure active closure of opportunities

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

5+ years of experience

Cyber-security skills and knowledge are a pre-requisite

Italian and English fluent

Excellent telephone manner and Effective Communication Skills

Priority management and planning skills

Strive to achieve set targets

Good relationship building

Ideal candidates will have previous experience of IT systems for quotation, order entry, CRM

A knowledge of product set would be desirable but not essential
