Il tuo nuovo ruolo

Siamo alla ricerca di un Salesforce CRM Specialist, il quale sarà inserito all'interno della struttura IT come punto di riferimento per l’analisi dei requisiti aziendali e la traduzione in soluzioni tecniche, collaborando con team interni e fornitori esterni per garantire il successo dei progetti.

In particolare, sarà responsabile di:

• Collaborare con gli stakeholder aziendali per raccogliere e documentare i requisiti funzionali e tecnici
• Progettare soluzioni basate su Salesforce che soddisfino le esigenze aziendali e che siano scalabili
• Redigere specifiche funzionali dettagliate e supervisionare lo sviluppo tecnico
• Effettuare test funzionali e garantire il corretto rilascio delle soluzioni
• Fornire consulenza strategica sulle best practice di Salesforce e identificare opportunità di miglioramento
• Supportare l’adozione delle soluzioni Salesforce da parte degli utenti finali attraverso attività di formazione e change management
• Redigere documentazione tecnico-funzionale al fine di produrre deliverables progettuali da condividere con il business di riferimento
• Restare aggiornato sulle ultime funzionalità Salesforce e promuoverne l’adozione

Di cosa hai bisogno per aver successo

Il candidato ideale ha un’eccellente conoscenza della piattaforma Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, ecc.), un approccio consulenziale e comprovata esperienza in progetti complessi.

In specie, la risorsa deve essere in possesso delle seguenti caratteristiche:

• Almeno 4-5 anni di esperienza in ruolo analogo
• Conoscenza ed esperienza di configurazione dell’ecosistema CRM Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud ed Experience Cloud)
• Conoscenza dei principali processi CRM
• Capacità di redigere analisi funzionali di dettaglio, dalla raccolta dei requisiti e delle macro-capability di riferimento alla redazione di analisi tecnico – funzionali di dettaglio
• Capacità di interfacciarsi con figure Business e IT utilizzando ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative
• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
• Preferibile Certificazione in Salesforce Administrator o altre (ad es. Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder)

We are looking for a Cloud Computing Engineer to join our R&D Electronics team. The role focuses on designing and developing backend services for IoT applications in smart home, video intercom, voice assistant, and security systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable cloud services based on product requirements
• Define infrastructure and software architecture for cloud-based IoT platforms
• Develop and maintain backend APIs and data flows (MQTT, REST, DBs)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners

• Experience in backend development for cloud applications
