L’obiettivo è progettare, implementare e gestire infrastrutture e soluzioni tecnologiche di sicurezza nel perimetro di competenza, in coerenza con le esigenze di Group Security & Cyber Defence e in collaborazione con le altre strutture della Direzione Digital Technology & Innovation.

Responsabilità- Progettare, implementare e gestire infrastrutture e soluzioni tecnologiche di sicurezza nell’ambito del proprio perimetro di competenza, in coerenza con le esigenze espresse da Group Security & Cyber Defence ed in collaborazione con le altre strutture della Direzione Digital Technology & Innovation
- Coordinare il processo di aggiornamento delle piattaforme di sicurezza, assicurandone la coerenza con la strategia definita con Group Security & Cyber Defence
- Supportare Group Security & Cyber Defence e le altre strutture Digital nelle attività di analisi e predisposizione della Lesson Learned post-incidente di sicurezza Cyber
- Garantire che le misure di sicurezza definite dal processo di Security by Design siano integrate nelle fasi di progettazione e implementazione delle soluzioni
- Supportare le unità Digital nell’implementazione delle misure di prevenzione e mitigazione del rischio Cyber, in collaborazione con Group Security & Cyber Defence
- In collaborazione con Technology Operations, garantire l’adozione dei presidi di sicurezza delle postazioni di lavoro e dispositivi mobili, in linea con le policy e gli standard di sicurezza
- Analizzare e/o produrre documentazione in termini di architetture, processi, procedure e configurazioni delle piattaforme di sicurezza
- Proporre scenari evolutivi in termini tecnologici, attraverso analisi di mercato e vendor, con definizione e gestione di demo e/o PoC
- Monitorare le prestazioni e la copertura tecnologica delle piattaforme di sicurezza e ottimizzarne l’efficienza e l’efficacia
- Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica o diploma con competenze pertinenti
- Esperienza di 3-5 anni nella sicurezza informatica (es. Network Security, Infrastructure Security, Security Architect, Application Security, Data Security)
- Conoscenza approfondita di piattaforme di sicurezza (CASB/SWG, EDR) e tecnologie di Network Security (FW, WAF, AntiDDoS, ZTNA, IPS/IDS)
- Competenze di scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) e automazione (Ansible, Terraform)
- Conoscenza degli standard di sicurezza (es. ISO27001) e dei relativi processi
- Esperienza con infrastrutture cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) e relative soluzioni di sicurezza

Per la nostra sede di Milano, siamo alla ricerca di una figura di Digital Security Solutions Specialist, da inserire all’interno del team di Digital Security Solutions & IAM della Direzione Digital Technology & Innovation. L’obiettivo è progettare, implementare e gestire infrastrutture e soluzioni tecnologiche di sicurezza nel perimetro di competenza, in coerenza con le esigenze di Group Security & Cyber Defence e in collaborazione con le altre strutture della Direzione Digital Technology & Innovation.

Responsabilità- Progettare, implementare e gestire infrastrutture e soluzioni tecnologiche di sicurezza nell’ambito del proprio perimetro di competenza, in coerenza con le esigenze espresse da Group Security & Cyber Defence ed in collaborazione con le altre strutture della Direzione Digital Technology & Innovation
- Coordinare il processo di aggiornamento delle piattaforme di sicurezza, assicurandone la coerenza con la strategia definita con Group Security & Cyber Defence
- Supportare Group Security & Cyber Defence e le altre strutture Digital nelle attività di analisi e predisposizione della Lesson Learned post-incidente di sicurezza Cyber
- Garantire che le misure di sicurezza definite dal processo di Security by Design siano integrate nelle fasi di progettazione e implementazione delle soluzioni
- Supportare le unità Digital nell’implementazione delle misure di prevenzione e mitigazione del rischio Cyber, in collaborazione con Group Security & Cyber Defence
- In collaborazione con Technology Operations, garantire l’adozione dei presidi di sicurezza delle postazioni di lavoro e dispositivi mobili, in linea con le policy e gli standard di sicurezza
- Analizzare e/o produrre documentazione in termini di architetture, processi, procedure e configurazioni delle piattaforme di sicurezza
- Proporre scenari evolutivi in termini tecnologici, attraverso analisi di mercato e vendor, con definizione e gestione di demo e/o PoC
- Monitorare le prestazioni e la copertura tecnologica delle piattaforme di sicurezza e ottimizzarne l’efficienza e l’efficacia
- Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica o diploma con competenze pertinenti
- Esperienza di 3-5 anni nella sicurezza informatica (es. Network Security, Infrastructure Security, Security Architect, Application Security, Data Security)
- Conoscenza approfondita di piattaforme di sicurezza (CASB/SWG, EDR) e tecnologie di Network Security (FW, WAF, AntiDDoS, ZTNA, IPS/IDS)
- Competenze di scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) e automazione (Ansible, Terraform)
- Conoscenza degli standard di sicurezza (es. ISO27001) e dei relativi processi
- Esperienza con infrastrutture cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) e relative soluzioni di sicurezza
- Familiarità con metodologie DevSecOps e CI/CD
- Certificazioni di sicurezza (CISSP, CISA, CompTIA Security+) sono considerati un plus
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Proattività, capacità di analisi, pianificazione e organizzazione, comunicazione, lavoro di team, flessibilità, entusiasmo e gestione di progetti operativi; versatilità e voglia di imparare
- Flessibilità: settimana lavorativa con venerdì a orario ridotto, orari flessibili, 60% smartworking su base bimestrale
- Formazione e sviluppo professionale continuo

Presidia l’intero territorio nazionale con più di 3.000 operatori, 400 pattuglie dislocate in 30 sedi operative.
Posizione: Il Sales Specialist entrerà a far parte dell'organizzazione della Direzione Commerciale dell'Istituto di Vigilanza Coopservice SpA partecipando in prima persona all'importante piano industriale di crescita e sviluppo e mettendo in campo azioni strategiche in
- processo di individuazione, avvicinamento, contatto e acquisizione di nuova clientela, mediante la ricerca e analisi dei dati relativi al territorio assegnato;
- raggiungimento degli obiettivi di budget assegnati in termini di redditività, volumi e di presenza sul mercato;
- sviluppo e promozione dei prodotti/servizi sulla base delle indicazioni fornite dalla Direzione Commerciale;
- gestione post vendita e sviluppo dei clienti acquisiti e del portafoglio;
- azioni di key accounting per il mantenimento ed efficientamento del cliente;
- costante relazione con le diverse funzioni aziendali, seguendone le indicazioni ed elaborando la reportistica prevista dalle policy e regolamenti aziendali per il proprio ruolo.
Requisiti: Le tue caratteristiche:
- esperienza nella vendita di servizi professionali sulla base delle esigenze espresse dalla clientela piccola e media impresa e in accordo con le politiche di sviluppo dell’azienda;
- forte orientamento al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di budget assegnati in termini di redditività, volumi e di presenza sul mercato;
- spiccata efficacia nel presidio del territorio di competenza, tutelando l'immagine dell’azienda;
- orientamento alla soddisfazione del cliente, contribuendo al coordinamento dell’erogazione dei servizi, in ottica di massimizzarne il livello qualitativo;
- spiccato orientamento tecnologico e all'innovazione di servizio;
- la provenienza o l'esperienza pregressa in ruolo analogo nel settore Security Services costituisce un plus.
Retribuzione ed inquadramento saranno commisurati all'effettivo livello di esperienza; inserimento nel piano incentivante per il ruoli commerciali della funzione.
