In qualità di azienda di riferimento del gruppo Fastweb in ambito Cyber Security, siamo alla ricerca di un / una Security Sales Specialist da inserire all'interno nella nostra Divisione Sales Industria e Finanza.
La risorsa ideale possiede una solida base tecnica in quanto avrà ruolo di supporto ai Key Account Manager nella promozione di soluzioni e servizi di Cyber Security all'avanguardia, con l'obiettivo di tradurre le esigenze dei clienti in soluzioni efficaci e personalizzate.
Le attività principali della risorsa saranno:
- Supporto ai Key Account Manager nell’analisi delle esigenze, identificazione delle soluzioni, determinazione dei costi di progetto e servizi, presentazione dell’offerta ai clienti;
- Proposizione dell’offerta di servizi e prodotti con attività di cross e up-selling;
- Produzione e gestione di offerte, in affiancamento al team Presales e in collaborazione con i vendor di settore;
- Sviluppo di pipeline, qualificazione di opportunità e forecasting;
- Ricerca di nuove soluzioni tecnologiche a complemento dell’offerta aziendale.
Competenze e conoscenze tecniche richieste:
- Esperienza di almeno 4 anni nel ruolo di Security Sales o Presales in ambito Security;
- Esperienza nel disegno di infrastrutture complesse;
- Esperienza nella redazione di documentazione commerciale;
- Collaborazione con Vendor Partner come Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, SentinelOne, Trend Micro, Crowdstrike, Microsoft, etc.;
- Conoscenza di un CRM (preferibilmente Salesforce);
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

Position Overview
In TDSYNNEX we are looking for an Internal sales within our Security Business Unit.
The person will be responsible to build excellent resellers and vendor sales relationships through proactive engagement and demonstrable specialist product knowledge
Main Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers. Can have a detailed conversation with customers on solution and identify opportunities to involve the right people in the company
- Engages in active inside selling by gathering relevant internal and external customer information and develops short, medium and long term activities
- Either manages project end-to-end or hands over to pre sales for technical requirements
- Provide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotions
- Sell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and the Company value proposition
- Develops partner relationship (incl. account planning, cross-selling etc.)
- 2-5 years of relevant experience with cybersecurity products
- Cyber-security skills and knowledge are a pre-requisite
- Italian and English fluent is a MUST
- Excellent telephone manner and Effective Communication Skills
- Priority management and planning skills
- Strive to achieve set targets
- Good relationship building
- Ideal candidates will have previous experience of IT systems for quotation, order entry, CRM
- Hybrid work - (2 days at the office, 3 days at home)

In qualità di azienda di riferimento del gruppo Fastweb in ambito Cyber Security, siamo alla ricerca di un / una Security Sales Specialist da inserire all'interno nella nostra Divisione Sales Industria e Finanza.
La risorsa ideale possiede una solida base tecnica in quanto avrà ruolo di supporto ai Key Account Manager nella promozione di soluzioni e servizi di Cyber Security all'avanguardia, con l'obiettivo di tradurre le esigenze dei clienti in soluzioni efficaci e personalizzate.
Le attività principali della risorsa saranno:
- Supporto ai Key Account Manager nell’analisi delle esigenze, identificazione delle soluzioni, determinazione dei costi di progetto e servizi, presentazione dell’offerta ai clienti;
- Proposizione dell’offerta di servizi e prodotti con attività di cross e up-selling;
- Produzione e gestione di offerte, in affiancamento al team Presales e in collaborazione con i vendor di settore;
- Sviluppo di pipeline, qualificazione di opportunità e forecasting;
- Ricerca di nuove soluzioni tecnologiche a complemento dell’offerta aziendale.
Competenze e conoscenze tecniche richieste:
- Esperienza di almeno 4 anni nel ruolo di Security Sales o Presales in ambito Security;
- Esperienza nel disegno di infrastrutture complesse;
- Esperienza nella redazione di documentazione commerciale;
- Collaborazione con Vendor Partner come Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, SentinelOne, Trend Micro, Crowdstrike, Microsoft, etc.;
- Conoscenza di un CRM (preferibilmente Salesforce);
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

- Capacità di lavorare per obiettivi;
- Serietà e puntualità;
- Autonomia nel lavoro.
