Your Challenge
As a Project and Service Agreement Manager your mission will be to be responsible for the active management of the orders, ensuring that they are carried out on time, on budget, and follow functional/contractual/customer specifications in accordance with external laws and regulations (e.g. construction site safety, environmental protection) and internal regulations (e.g. signing authorizations)
Some of the main activities will be:
- Take care of the administrative management of the contract in terms of customer satisfaction as well as for management of penalties/claims and for obtaining contract variants and technical/administrative closure of the contract.
- Perform and manage project risk analysis.
- Monitor project achievements and adherence to budgets and initiate actions to minimize non-compliance costs
- Clarify customer objectives and requirements and/or project specifications based on bid documentation and customer order.
- Coordinate planning and resource allocation by monitoring work progress.
- Organize project meetings and being responsible for communication to the customer and all stakeholders.
- Being responsible for the management and motivation of the project team by ensuring the correct assignment of tasks to resources, based on their competence and seniority.
- Align with project management standards and business conduct guidelines (e.g. tax regulations, export control, EHS).
- Proven experience as Project Manager/Service Agreement Manager
- Knowledge of Automation Systems and technical aspects focused on Building Automation, Fire Safety, Access Control, CCTV and Intrusion
- Knowledge of health and safety legislation and safety management systems
- Diploma/Degree or specialization in technical fields
- Strong orientation towards the achievement of assigned/prefixed objectives and customer satisfaction, spirit of initiative and autonomy
- Experience in Pharma VM and GMP (Good manufacturing practice) standards is a plus
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, negotiation and communication skills;
- Planning and organizational skills (plan, assign and control activities; ability to set priorities)
- Ability to work in a team with all internal company functions, external suppliers, construction management and designers
- Proficiency in Italian and English
- Available for short business trips;
- Eligibility to work in Italy

Responsibilities- Security assessments of Information Systems and underlying infrastructure to verify correct implementation of security controls and identify potential vulnerabilities;
- Involved with the following testing techniques: black/grey/white box testing;
- Security audit of system architecture, and, compliance with security policies and industry best practices;
