• Collaborerai con il business per definire i requisiti analitici e individuare i dati rilevanti
• Lavorerai con Data Engineers e Data Scientists producendo analisi approfondite per guidare le decisioni aziendali

About the role

We're looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Data Insights team, within Platform Enablement to help us deliver operational insights about our business and bring value to our customers.

You will be a part of a team responsible for building self-serve Looker reporting, developing data pipelines and transformations, conducting ad-hoc data analysis in Databricks and helping the business interpret their data into actionable insights.

A strong candidate will thrive in an environment which is constantly evolving and does not sacrifice attention to detail and accuracy. You apply these principles on a daily basis whilst analysing our data and interpret often complex trends or patterns in order to identify improvements. The ideal candidate will bring a new set of skills and knowledge into the existing product team and work closely with other data analysts, data scientists and our data engineering team.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it :

• Work with the Guest Experience tribe to build amazing products & features
• Set up measures and KPIs to monitor the success of the product and new releases
• Prepare ad-hoc data analysis using SQL and / or Python
• Design data models and support managing ETL pipelines using dbt
• Collaborate on company data infrastructure and reporting improvements with other data analysts and data engineers
• Analyze, and identify opportunities to improve processes and effectively communicate with related stakeholders

You’ll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you :

• High level of proficiency in SQL
• Experience with building BI reports in tools like Power BI, Looker, or Tableau
• Basic understanding of cloud data solutions preferably Azure platform
• Experience supporting finance, fintech, or payment systems is especially useful
• Some experience with data analysis in Python / R / Scala and data transformation using dbt is a plus
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in written and verbal English
• Share knowledge and upskill your fellow data analysts around Mews

Cerchiamo, per la nostra sede di lavoro a Roma, un Senior Data Analyst da inserire all’interno della divisione PORTFOLIO & DATA MANAGEMENT.

COSA FARAI :

• Gestione progetti e attività di analisi di portafogli NPL;
• Attività di Underwriting su singoli posizioni o su portafogli NPL;
• Attività di Due Diligence e Business Plan su portafogli NPL;
• Creazione, adattamento ed esecuzione di modelli statistici di interpretazione dei dati;
• Creazione di report e documenti con i risultati delle analisi da presentare ai clienti interni ed esterni.

I TUOI REQUISITI :

• Laurea magistrale in discipline tecniche, preferibilmente in Data Science, Ingegneria, Matematica, Fisica e Scienze Statistiche;
• Esperienza di almeno 5 anni come Data Analyst;
• Esperienza pregressa in attività di Underwriting;
• Ottima conoscenza in ambito statistico;
• Buona capacità nella modellazione dei dati;
• Ottima conoscenza di data visualization;
• Ottima conoscenza dei metodi di analisi dei Big Data e dei tool di analisi (Excel, R, Python, SAS);
• Buon team working e problem solving, ottimo orientamento al risultato;
• Flessibilità e forte motivazione;
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

Rappresenterà un valore aggiunto l’esperienza maturata come Data Analyst nella valutazione di portafogli NPL.
