• A Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Communication Design, Industrial Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience (6+ years ) as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Highly developed visual communication and graphic design skills .
• Proficient with design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Knowledge in Arduino (or other coding software) is a nice to have.
• Professional experience in a structured and international environment (in Design Consultancy or a Corporate Company) is a plus.
• You are fluent in English (written and spoken). Italian or Chinese skills are a bonus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within interdisciplinary teams.
• You are based in Italy and open to travel.
