Siamo alla ricerca di una persona che si occuperà dell’intero ciclo di recruiting : dalla definizione del fabbisogno fino alla presentazione della rosa di candidati, fungendo da consulente HR per i manager interni e gli HRBP e da ambassador del brand aziendale sul mercato del lavoro.
Inoltre, la persona, avrà la possibilità di partecipare a campagne di employer branding e recruiting presso Università e altre realtà per il lavoro.
Principali attività :
- Analisi del fabbisogno : collaborazione con i manager e HR BP per comprendere le esigenze di business e tradurle in profili professionali mirati.
- Definizione della strategia di ricerca : scelta dei canali più efficaci (job board, social recruiting, networking, headhunting, ecc.).
- Redazione e pubblicazione annunci : creazione di contenuti attrattivi e inclusivi.
- Screening e colloqui : valutazione dei CV, conduzione di colloqui strutturati e approfonditi, anche con tecniche di behavioral interviewing e assessment center laddove previsto.
- Assessment center e valutazioni : utilizzo di strumenti di valutazione (test, case study, prove pratiche) per supportare decisioni oggettive.
- Presentazione della rosa : selezione e presentazione della short list ai manager, con profili e dossier dettagliati.
- Data & Analytics : alimentazione del data base, creazione di una pipeline di candidati per job family e monitoraggio dei KPI di selezione (time to hire, quality of hire, cost per hire) e reportistica periodica.
- Gestione relazioni : mantenimento di rapporti costanti con i candidati, garantendo una candidate experience positiva.
- Employer Branding : promozione di eventi, fiere, campagne social e progetti di comunicazione HR.
- Progetti trasversali : supporto a iniziative HR (onboarding, talent management, D&I, digitalizzazione).
- Formazione : Laurea in ambito umanistico, economico o giuridico. Master in HR è un plus.
- Esperienza : minimo 7 anni di esperienza in ruoli di recruiting (in società di Head Hunting e / o in Azienda), con esperienza nella gestione autonoma di selezioni complesse di posizioni manageriali e di staff. È considerato un plus in ambito aver gestito selezioni in ambito sanitario.
- Ottima conoscenza dei processi di selezione e dei canali di recruiting

The role will be focused on supporting the delivery of strategic recruitment projects for senior and top management positions across a variety of industries.
