• Putting users at the center of a flexible design process to solve complex business problems.

Condurre user research, mappatura dei journey e blueprint di servizio per individuare pain point e opportunità di miglioramento. Chi cerchiamo:

una persona che con il ruolo UX/UI Designer, all'interno del team Tech Product Design & Innovation, avrà le seguenti responsabilità:

Ricerca e Strategia

• Analizzare requisiti di business, vincoli tecnici e bisogni utente, traducendoli in insight e priorità progettuali.
• Condurre user research, mappatura dei journey e blueprint di servizio per individuare pain point e opportunità di miglioramento.
• Esplorare e valutare tecnologie emergenti e soluzioni AI per anticipare trend e proporre nuovi scenari evolutivi.

Progettazione

• Creare wireframe, mockup e prototipi interattivi, assicurando coerenza con design system e linee guida del brand.
• Progettare esperienze inclusive e accessibili, in conformità con standard WCAG e principi di design universale.
• Integrare principi di service design per garantire esperienze fluide su tutti i touchpoint.
• Collaborare strettamente con i team di sviluppo e prodotto per una corretta implementazione tecnica delle soluzioni.

Innovazione

• Definire e guidare proof-of-concept e sperimentazioni di nuove funzionalità o tecnologie.
• Contribuire all’evoluzione del design system, includendo componenti e pattern per scalabilità futura.
• Coordinare workshop di co-design e ideazione, favorendo l’allineamento tra business, utenti e tecnologia.

Misurazione e Ottimizzazione

• Condurre test di usabilità e raccogliere feedback quantitativi e qualitativi per iterare le soluzioni progettate.
• Monitorare KPI di esperienza e proporre azioni di miglioramento.
• Mantenere costante aggiornamento su trend di design, accessibilità digitale e tecnologie emergenti, portando nuove proposte al team.

La persona che cerchiamo ha le seguenti competenze/caratteristiche:

• UX/UI Design: esperienza solida (5+ anni) nella progettazione di interfacce e user journey per piattaforme digitali complesse.
• Accessibilità: conoscenza di standard WCAG 2.x, pratiche di inclusive design e capacità di integrare l’accessibilità fin dalla fase di concept.
• Service Design: capacità di costruire blueprint di servizio, mappare processi e facilitare workshop di co-creation.
• Innovazione: familiarità con tecnologie emergenti, capacità di tradurre trend in concept e POC.
• Strumenti: padronanza di Figma, Figjam e tool di prototipazione; conoscenza base di HTML/CSS/JS per interazione con team di sviluppo.
• Metodologie: conoscenza di Agile, Lean UX e design thinking.
• Soft Skill: curiosità intellettuale, capacità di problem solving, attitudine alla sperimentazione, forte collaborazione cross-funzionale.
• Orientamento ai risultati: capacità di definire metriche, misurare l’impatto delle soluzioni e migliorare iterativamente.
