The opportunityLocal accountability for all site management activities. Instructions and guidelinesLeads and oversees the site management teams locally / regionally, ensuring that Hitachi Energy policies are consistently followed. Develops, customizes, and continuously improves standard processes and work instructions by adopting Hitachi Energy and external best practices. Ensures that lessons learned from Site Management are analyzed and conclusions are incorporated into continuous improvement actions.
Budget, operations, planningParticipates in the budgeting process, jointly with Project Operations Manager and Operating Unit Controller. Participates in Operations planning with other members of the Operating Unit management team, and takes actions to close potential gaps in Site Management functional capacity.
Health, safety, and environment (HSE) and project securityEnsures that all sites within the geographical area of responsibility have detailed and up-to-date Health & Safety (H&S) plans in place in respect of each work package, compliant with the Hitachi Energy H&S plan. Ensures all Site Managers are properly trained on company health, safety, and environment policy and proactively promotes health and safety considerations to project partners throughout the project lifecycle from tendering to closure.
Stakeholder relationsActs as key contact for the customer and an escalation point for project issues. Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicates with all stakeholders.
Your background- Minimum 4 years previous experience in a similar role and 8 years experience on construction roles of medium-sized projects with a focus on EPC project;
- Experience in the execution of HV / MV Electrical Systems construction projects;
- Proactive and highly organized, with experience in coordinating teams;
- Previous experience with Italian utilities (TERNA / ENEL / EDISON) and/or in Data Center segment is a plus;
- The position is based in Milan, Italy, with frequent travel to different sites within Italy;
- Technical High School diploma or Degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical);
- Knowledge of MS Project & MS Office package;
- Mother tongue in Italian, fluent in English;

Il ruolo di Site Management Specialist prevede:- Sviluppare nuovi progetti, con particolare focus sulla parte inerente al processo produttivo;
- Raccogliere le esigenze per la creazione o modifica degli impianti, sviluppare nuovi progetti e verificare lo stato di avanzamento dei lavori;
- Gestire e analizzare in maniera critica la parte documentale relativa alle macchine, agli impianti e ai fabbricati attraverso l'uso di software dedicati, in collaborazione con l'ufficio HSE, avendo la responsabilità dell'archiviazione della documentazione tecnica;
- Interfacciarsi con l'ufficio HSE per l'avvio e l'inserimento di appalti per l'esecuzione dei lavori;
- Sostenere lo sviluppo e l'implementazione di procedure nel sistema qualità, revisione e/o modifica di modulistica relativa al processo di manutenzione (in collaborazione con HSE).
- Diploma di Perito Elettrotecnico o Meccanico;
- 10 anni di esperienza, preferibilmente in aziende manifatturiere organizzate;
- Disponibilità a lavorare full-time dal lunedì al venerdì, con orario tra le 08:00 e le 09:00, uscita tra le 17:00 e le 18:00;
- Buona (preferibilmente avanzata) conoscenza di Autocad (2D e 3D);
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata (Livello B2).

As a Site Management Controller at Valeo Pianezza, you will have the opportunity to work with leading car manufacturers in an international and multicultural environment.
Mission :- Organize and supervise the management control team at the entity level with support from the Site Financial Controller.
- Focus on controlling industrial costs, standards & budgets, supply chain costs, improvement plans, inventories, and site investments.
- Coordinate the preparation and analysis of reports such as daily and weekly indicators, the monthly green book, budget, and medium-term plans.
- Contribute to understanding and validating financial performance and ensure the reliability of financial statements (MAF / IFRS compliance).
- Support management control for the site.
- Manage the controlling department to improve performance, efficiency, and profitability while complying with local laws and Valeo standards.
- Alert the Financial Controller immediately in case of significant risks.
- Supervise the preparation of reporting elements, budgets, and analyze monthly results, monitoring financial performance and KPIs.
- Ensure accuracy of management control and costing information in the ERP system.
- Ensure the reliability of site gross margin and expenses during closing processes.
- Promote, explain, and control the Internal Control framework within the perimeter, and monitor improvement plans to mitigate risks.
- Propose solutions for litigations between sites, product lines, and groups.
- Conduct on-site management control reviews and pre-validate IAR / CAA.
- Coordinate the analysis of transfer price regulations.
- Contribute to Group Ethics & Compliance programs by applying and respecting the code of ethics and Valeo policies.
Support training and career development of controlling staff. Foster a proactive team environment and help identify high potentials.
Desired skills and experience :- Degree in Economics or Management (Mandatory).
- More than 3 years of experience in similar roles.
- Successful previous experience in audit / controlling, including people management, complemented by operational finance experience.
- Good experience in finance & audit to manage responsibilities effectively.
- SAP knowledge.
- Strong communication skills, target orientation, decision-making ability, and capacity to work under pressure.

The Role :

As a Site Management Administrator you will be working closely with the wider project team to support the management of investigative sites and ensure that all sites adhere to the requirements and regulations governing Clinical Research. You will receive comprehensive training which will enable you to learn, before moving to work on your own studies with continuing support, training and mentorship.
You will have the opportunity to work on clinical studies at different stages of the project lifecycle and gain a variety of therapeutic experience. The Site Management Associate supports with, assisting sites during maintenance and closing out sites.
Key responsibilities in this position include :
- Working within the framework of the study protocol, to assist with the preparation and organization of investigator and study site materials both at a local and international level.
- Working closely with Clinical Team Managers, Start-Up Leads and Clinical Research Associates.
- Working with the wider PRA project team including Regulatory, Contracts and Project Management.
- Essential document collection, review and maintenance.
- Site Management activities and ensuring that all study files and documents are current and complete.
You will be operating as a key part of a global study team and plays a fundamental role in our clients’ drug development processes.
- Qualifications

Your background- Minimum 4 years previous experience in a similar role and 8 years experience on construction roles of medium-sized projects with a focus on EPC project;
- Experience in the execution of HV / MV Electrical Systems construction projects;
- Proactive and highly organized, with experience in coordinating teams;
- Previous experience with Italian utilities (TERNA / ENEL / EDISON) and/or in Data Center segment is a plus;
- The position is based in Milan, Italy, with frequent travel to different sites within Italy;
- Technical High School diploma or Degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical);
- Knowledge of MS Project & MS Office package;
- Mother tongue in Italian, fluent in English;
- Available to travel nationally & internationally, as needed (average 25%).

As a Site Management Controller at Valeo Pianezza, you will have the opportunity to work with leading car manufacturers in an international and multicultural environment.
Mission :- Organize and supervise the management control team at the entity level with support from the Site Financial Controller.
- Focus on controlling industrial costs, standards & budgets, supply chain costs, improvement plans, inventories, and site investments.
- Coordinate the preparation and analysis of reports such as daily and weekly indicators, the monthly green book, budget, and medium-term plans.
- Contribute to understanding and validating financial performance and ensure the reliability of financial statements (MAF / IFRS compliance).
- Support management control for the site.
- Manage the controlling department to improve performance, efficiency, and profitability while complying with local laws and Valeo standards.
- Alert the Financial Controller immediately in case of significant risks.
- Supervise the preparation of reporting elements, budgets, and analyze monthly results, monitoring financial performance and KPIs.
- Ensure accuracy of management control and costing information in the ERP system.
- Ensure the reliability of site gross margin and expenses during closing processes.
- Promote, explain, and control the Internal Control framework within the perimeter, and monitor improvement plans to mitigate risks.
- Propose solutions for litigations between sites, product lines, and groups.
- Conduct on-site management control reviews and pre-validate IAR / CAA.
- Coordinate the analysis of transfer price regulations.
- Contribute to Group Ethics & Compliance programs by applying and respecting the code of ethics and Valeo policies.
Support training and career development of controlling staff. Foster a proactive team environment and help identify high potentials.
Desired skills and experience :- Degree in Economics or Management (Mandatory).
- More than 3 years of experience in similar roles.
- Successful previous experience in audit / controlling, including people management, complemented by operational finance experience.
- Good experience in finance & audit to manage responsibilities effectively.
- SAP knowledge.
- Strong communication skills, target orientation, decision-making ability, and capacity to work under pressure.

Azienda Cliente con sede a Ornago, operante nel settore chimico e specializzata nella produzione di vernici utilizzate nel campo alimentare, ci ha affidato l'incarico di individuare una persona interessata a ricoprire il ruolo di Site Management Specialist da assumere direttamente a tempo indeterminato.

Il ruolo di Site Management Specialist prevede:- Sviluppare nuovi progetti, con particolare focus sulla parte inerente al processo produttivo;
- Raccogliere le esigenze per la creazione o modifica degli impianti, sviluppare nuovi progetti e verificare lo stato di avanzamento dei lavori;
- Gestire e analizzare in maniera critica la parte documentale relativa alle macchine, agli impianti e ai fabbricati attraverso l'uso di software dedicati, in collaborazione con l'ufficio HSE, avendo la responsabilità dell'archiviazione della documentazione tecnica;
- Interfacciarsi con l'ufficio HSE per l'avvio e l'inserimento di appalti per l'esecuzione dei lavori;
- Sostenere lo sviluppo e l'implementazione di procedure nel sistema qualità, revisione e/o modifica di modulistica relativa al processo di manutenzione (in collaborazione con HSE).
- Diploma di Perito Elettrotecnico o Meccanico;
- 10 anni di esperienza, preferibilmente in aziende manifatturiere organizzate;
- Disponibilità a lavorare full-time dal lunedì al venerdì, con orario tra le 08:00 e le 09:00, uscita tra le 17:00 e le 18:00;
- Buona (preferibilmente avanzata) conoscenza di Autocad (2D e 3D);
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata (Livello B2).

- Retribuzione tra €40.000 e €50.000 lordi annui, commisurata all'esperienza e competenze.
