- Lean Six Sigma Engineer
La risorsa individuata, a riporto del Plant Manager, si occuperà di:
- Implementare e comunicare la strategia del miglioramento continuo volta al raggiungimento dei KPI aziendali;
- Condurre progetti di miglioramento continuo;
- Fornire formazione e workshop sugli strumenti del miglioramento continuo;
- Implementare processi e procedure per monitorare i progressi e la rendicontazione rispetto agli standard;
- Individuare azioni correttive e preventive per eliminare le deviazioni dagli standard;
Si richiede:
- Laurea in ingegneria meccanica;
- Preferibile 2 anni di esperienza nel ruolo in ambienti industriali di processo;
- Buona conoscenza degli strumenti Lean;
- Preferibile certificazione SIX Sigma Green Belt;
- Ottima padronanza del pacchetto Office;
- Buona conoscenza delle ISO;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese sia scritta che parlata (livello C1);
- Buone doti comunicative, relazionali, organizzative e di problem solving.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with a strong background in the industrial/manufacturing industry to join our team. The successful candidate will lead high-impact projects, mentor teams, and collaborate with management to implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and achieve measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Lead and execute Lean Six Sigma projects, focusing on improving process efficiency, reducing waste, and enhancing product and service quality.
- Process Improvement: Conduct assessments of current processes and identify areas for improvement using Lean and Six Sigma tools (e.g., DMAIC, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Capability Analysis, Hypothesis Testing).
- Training & Mentoring: Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to Masco Group teams and Green Belts on Lean Six Sigma principles and tools. Proven experience as a Green and White Belts trainer is preferable.
- Data Analysis: Utilize statistical tools and data analysis techniques to quantify problems, validate improvements, and monitor performance metrics.
- Reporting & Documentation: Develop and present detailed reports on project progress, results, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Lean Six Sigma Certification: Certified Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma (LSSBB) is mandatory.
- Industry Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a Lean Six Sigma practitioner in the industrial/manufacturing sector, with a focus on process improvement and operational excellence.
- Fluency in English.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma tools, process mapping software, and statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP, R-Studio, or equivalent).
- Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all organizational levels.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects and driving results within tight deadlines.
- Strategic View: Ability to identify further improvement opportunities.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
