    ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    A Senior Software Analyst is responsible for evaluating, designing, and improving software solutions to meet business needs. Software Analysts also document processes, perform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide recommendations for improvements.     REQUIREMENTS:

    • Medium expertise in Python and SQL for data manipulation, with basic knowledge of statistical modeling and algorithms relevant to risk management
    • Good understanding of database structures and financial data architecture.
    • Knowledge of at least one among credit, market and liquidity risk is preferred
    • Familiarity with advanced risk models (Value-at-Risk, Expected Credit Loss, etc.) would be appreciated.
    • Ability to collect and document user requirements for financial risk management systems.

    • 2+ years of experience in software analysis, ideally with a focus on financial risk management within the banking sector.

    Prometeia means ongoing training. We provide an average of 11 days of training per year to our people, in person and online. Particular attention is paid to younger colleagues, who are the protagonists of dedicated growth programs, and to the continuous sharing and internal transfer of know-how and skills.     Nell’ottica di un potenziamento del team, ricerchiamo una figura di:

    La risorsa, inserita all’interno di un’importante azienda operante nel settore dell’Automazione Industiale, svolgerà un ruolo cruciale nell'analisi, nella progettazione e nell'implementazione di soluzioni software che migliorano le operazioni automatizzate di magazzino.

    Nello specifico, si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

    • Collaborare con i clienti e i colleghi per raccogliere e analizzare i requisiti aziendali per soluzioni di warehousing automatizzate.
    • Progettare, sviluppare e mantenere applicazioni software utilizzando il framework C#/.NET.
    • Scrivere e ottimizzare SQL per il recupero e la manipolazione dei dati in Oracle SQL e MS SQL Server.
    • Eseguire test e debug del sistema per garantire la qualità e le prestazioni del software.
    • Creare e mantenere la documentazione tecnica, comprese le specifiche di sistema, i manuali d'uso e i materiali di formazione.
    • Monitorare e risolvere i problemi del software, fornendo soluzioni tempestive per garantire un'interruzione minima delle operazioni.
    • Partecipare alle revisioni del codice e contribuire alle migliori pratiche di sviluppo del software.
    • Rimanere aggiornati sulle tendenze del settore e sulle tecnologie emergenti per migliorare continuamente le nostre soluzioni software.

    Il candidato ideale possiede una Laurea in Ingegneria dell'automazione o cultura equivalente e ha maturato almeno 6 mesi di esperienza in ruoli similari. Sono richieste buona capacità di problem solving e di team working, autonomia nell’organizzazione delle task assegnate ed orientamento al risultato.


    Sono richieste le seguenti competenze:

    • Laurea in Ingegneria del software, Ingegneria gestionale, Ingegneria dell'automazione o affini.
    • Esperienza come Software Analyst Engineer o ruolo simile, preferibilmente nel settore del magazzino automatizzato o della logistica.
    • Forte competenza in C# e nel framework .NET.
    • Esperienza con Oracle SQL e MS SQL Server, compresa la progettazione di database e l'ottimizzazione delle query.
    • Familiarità con le metodologie di sviluppo del software (Agile, Scrum, ecc.).
    • Ottime capacità analitiche e di risoluzione dei problemi.
    • Spiccate doti comunicative e interpersonali, con la capacità di lavorare in modo collaborativo in un ambiente di squadra.
    • La conoscenza dei sistemi e delle tecnologie di warehousing automatizzato costituisce un plus.

    Qualifiche preferenziali:

    • familiarità con i sistemi di controllo delle versioni (ad esempio, Git).
    • Conoscenza dei concetti di data warehousing e dei processi ETL.
