About the Company: for a multinational market leader in the consumer electronics, our Recruitment Engineer are looking for a Cybersecurity Specialist .

You will work in the cybersecurity domain, and you will be responsible for addressing all Security Operations areas (Vulnerability Management, Patch Management and Incident Management); with the potential to expand on Security Engineering (s-SDLC, IAM, Hardening, etc.). You will collaborate with both local IT Department and with Corporate IT Department as well.

• Monitoring tools and dashboards (MDE, Prisma Cloud, Nucleus, etc.) to identify vulnerabilities, address them and define remediation plans.
• Monitoring patches for all company assets, identifying issues and defining remediation plans.
• Monitoring all company assets to verify compliance status with security principles, standards and implemented solutions.
• Support during Security Incident handling, collaborating with central SOC Team, end users, and identifying solutions to close the incident; with final analysis tracking.
• Collaborate with the local Infrastructure Team to analyze security requirements that will be translated into configurations (EDR, hardening, patching, IAM, etc.).
• Collaborate with local IT Support to manage cybersecurity tickets and topics (access authorizations, potential virus analysis, etc.).
• Daily collaboration with Corporate Teams (SOC, Cyber Defense, Cyber Offense, Security Engineering, etc.).

Must Have:

• A Junior specialist with at least 1-2 years of experience with a technical background.
• Cross knowledge of IT and Cybersecurity topics, with specific focus on Vulnerability Management, Patch Management, Incident Management, s-SDLC.
• Good knowledge of English ( at least B1 level) due the daily and close collaboration with MMS colleagues.
• Multitasking, ability to work on different projects and topics at the same time with both local and Corporate’s Teams.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE).

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of the main frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, NIST CSF, SANS, CIS Controls).

La nostra società è alla ricerca di un professionista qualificato per ricoprire il ruolo di Specialista Sistemi di Sicurezza . Questo profilo si inserisce nel settore della sicurezza e dell'intelligence, con l'obiettivo di garantire la protezione degli impianti e dei dati sensibili.

Il candidato ideale sarà responsabile dell'installazione, manutenzione e supporto di sistemi di videosorveglianza, cablaggi elettrici, dispositivi audio/video e reti telefoniche. Inoltre, sarà necessario avere una buona conoscenza di reti LAN/WiFi, router e sistemi di cablaggio domotico.

• Diploma in ambito elettrico/elettronico;
• Conoscenza di reti LAN/WiFi, router e sistemi di cablaggio domotico;
• Esperienza di almeno 2 anni nell'installazione di impianti di sicurezza e videosorveglianza;

Assunzione a tempo indeterminato direttamente presso l'azienda; assicurazione sanitaria integrativa.

Disponibilità a reperibilità 1 week-end al mese. Il candidato ideale sarà disponibile a lavorare in modo autonomo e a risolvere problemi complessi.

• Supporto al change management : analisi, interviste e redazione di relazioni per modifiche ai sistemi;
• Miglioramento continuo delle procedure di sicurezza del trasporto;
• Analisi statistiche per la produzione di indicatori utili alle decisioni aziendali e alle autorità;
• Monitoraggio e aggiornamento sulla normativa di settore;
• Redazione di documenti chiari e di riferimento (procedure, report, relazioni);
• Collaborazione attiva con colleghi interni ed esterni all’ufficio;

Requisiti richiesti

• Laurea in Ingegneria Civile e Ambientale, Gestionale o affini;
• Conoscenza dell’architettura e dei requisiti di un sistema di gestione (norme ISO e affini);
• Ottima conoscenza di statistica e strumenti di calcolo (Excel o affini);
