Responsabilità- Supporto nella Facilitazione di eventi che coinvolgono team multidisciplinari, sviluppando soluzioni innovative con approcci Agile come Scrum o Kanban.

Your role will include ensuring accuracy of the A/P ledgers, process supplier invoices in a timely and accurate manner, prepare supplier payments, deal with queries effectively and efficiently and maintain compliance with processes and procedures. A day in the life of an Accounts Payable Clerk- Maintain accuracy of our A/P ledgers and reconciliation of accounts
- Manage our vendor data (names, addresses, etc.), validate and gain approval for new accounts, and maintain our audit record of vendor data changes and approvals
- Process our supplier invoices in a timely and accurate manner, including entry of invoices into accounting systems and maintain our files in a tidy and organised manner
- Prepare our supplier payments in line with the payments timetable and presented for approval in a clear and organised format
- Identify payments properly withheld, monitored and released when approval given
- Help with our month end processes: prepayments, accruals, bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations
- Resolve questions/issues, escalating when appropriate in a timely manner
- Maintain compliance with processes and procedures, recommend corrective action when identified and maintain suitable records to demonstrate compliance
- Exceptional education achievements in an Accounting or Finance subject
- Excellent spreadsheet skills, including pivots, look ups etc.
- Excellent attention to detail, with great organisation skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Great communication skills that you will use when connecting directly with our customers
- A passion for the world of Finance with ambition to progress your career
- Experience using an exterprise level accounting system
Your base pay will depend on various factors including your geographical location, level of experience, knowledge and skills. La figura selezionata entrerà a far parte dell’area amministrativa e contabile, supportando il team nelle attività quotidiane di registrazione e gestione dei documenti contabili. Sarà un’opportunità per apprendere e sviluppare competenze nella contabilità generale, nella gestione del ciclo attivo e passivo e negli adempimenti fiscali, lavorando a stretto contatto con i colleghi e i responsabili dell’area.
Attività principali:
- Supportare la registrazione e l’archiviazione di documenti contabili (fatture attive e passive, prima nota, ecc.)
- Collaborare nella registrazione dei movimenti contabili e nelle operazioni di quadratura (cassa, banca, carte di credito)
- Contribuire alla gestione del ciclo attivo e passivo, verificando e registrando le fatture, anche tramite Sistema di Interscambio
- Supportare nella gestione della cassa e nei pagamenti a fornitori e dipendenti
- Assistere nella predisposizione delle dichiarazioni fiscali periodiche e nella chiusura dei bilanci, sotto la supervisione del team
- Collaborare con i colleghi per garantire la corretta tenuta della contabilità e gli adempimenti normativi
- Laurea in Economia, Contabilità, Amministrazione o materie affini
- Conoscenze base di contabilità generale e amministrativa

- Contatterai gli utenti che hanno fatto una simulazione online, offrendo una consulenza gratuita e personalizzata
- Li guiderai passo dopo passo, fino alla firma del loro mutuo ideale
- Lavorerai a stretto contatto con un team motivato, dinamico e orientato alla crescita
- Avrai accesso alla nostra Academy interna , per apprendere tutto ciò che serve per eccellere nel ruolo
