Overview
Store Design Planning Specialist role at Cartier. Reporting to the SDP Manager, the SDP Specialist contributes to the creation, renovation and maintenance of South-East Europe Commercial Networks and to projects for new openings, relocations, restructurings of boutiques, WS shop-in-shop and perfume corners in South-East Europe.
Responsibilities- Maintenance activities for retail and wholesale in direct cooperation with store managers and head office teams
- Wholesale partner shops-in-shops development
- SDP administration and finance back-office activities using SAP (creating supplier accounts, creating POs, invoice verification, budget monitoring under the SDP Manager)
- Coordinate project briefs with Retail Operations, Finance, Legal, Marketing and boutique management
- Support validation of projects with local management and HQ
- Set up and manage local contracts (Contractors, Architects, Lease) with SDP Manager and Legal
- Process purchase orders locally and monitor budget with regional store planner support
- Manage Capex and Opex budgets
- Provide active support and coordination on all other SDP projects
- Degree in Architecture
- 4 years of experience in a similar position in the Retail department of luxury brands
- Problem solving, flexibility, ability to manage technical matters, collaborate with other departments and work in a team
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in SAP, AutoCAD 2D/3D, Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator), Excel, Office package

Overview
Reporting directly to the SDP Manager, and working in cooperation with the wholesale department, the SDP Specialist is actively contributing to the creation, renovation and to the maintenance of South-East Europe Commercial Networks and to the projects’ implementation & development for new openings/relocations/restructuring of internal and external boutiques, WS shop-in-shop and upcoming ad hoc perfume corners of the South-East Europe commercial network.
The Store Design & Planning activity encompasses the complete lifecycle management of the South-East Europe wholesale channel, including development activities like dismantling, new openings, and renovations, alongside ongoing maintenance. This involves proactive assessment of layouts, collaboration with architects, monitoring construction progress, and ensuring quality implementations, all while adhering to established plans.
SDP is responsible for the maintenance of both Retail and WS points of sale across South-East Europe. This includes budget management, supplier coordination, and collaboration with relevant departments such as General Services, Boutique Management, and WS partner contacts.
A key aspect of this function is the provision of comprehensive reporting and monitoring of the annual budget for Retail and Wholesale investments in SDP and sales spaces, ensuring close collaboration with finance and accounting departments for accurate financial oversight.

- 4 years of experience in similar position in Retail Dept of Luxury brands
- Ability on problem solving, flexibility, capacity on managing technical matters, collaboration with other Depts and working in team
- Fluent English spoken and written
- Proficiency in SAP, AutoCAD 2D/3D, Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator), Excel, Office package

Montura is looking for a Visual Merchandising Manager with strong experience in leading visual strategy and execution across retail channels. This role will ensure a consistent, impactful, and brand-aligned in-store experience across Owned & Operated, Franchise, and Wholesale stores.
You will translate commercial priorities and product stories into visual executions that drive consumer engagement and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Define the long-term VM strategy in line with brand vision and market needs
- Lead and develop VM teams to deliver consumer-first, scalable visual solutions
- Build seasonal VM strategies and toolkits aligned with product and business goals

- 8+ years in senior VM roles in premium, outdoor, or fashion retail
- Strong experience in both strategic planning and operational execution
- Proven ability to lead teams and training initiatives
- Solid understanding of how visual merchandising impacts KPIs
- Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher

Job Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Retail Design & Visual Merchandising Manager, the Visual Merchandising Specialist will manage the following activities:
- Set up the in-store and window display according to the corporate guidelines to deliver consistent brand image
- Partner with local suppliers and trade teams to create consistent in-store and window display to support the stores in achieving sales target
- Support in development of Visual Merchandising tools and in the category management to elevate the brand image and the local business

Profile
University background in Marketing, Arts&Design, Visual Merchandising, Architecture. A previous experience within visual merchandising in the beauty industry is a plus. Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point and Photoshop. Sketch-Up, Sap system and IWD are a plus. Strong sensibility and passion for luxury. Fluent English, additional languages are a plus.
