About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Talent Sourcing and Insights Specialist to help build out a talent insights & sourcing function and strategy. You will deliver crucial hiring pipelines during an exciting phase of growth and transformation for Mollie, reporting directly to our Head of Talent Acquisition.
You will build business-critical hiring pipelines and serve as the source of truth for top-of-funnel market data and insights, enabling Mollie to make intelligent hiring decisions and support our expansion into new European markets. You will be an expert at unearthing hard-to-find talent and reporting talent scarcity to the business to enable strategic pivots.
This role is crucial for Talent Acquisition to act as a strategic partner, facilitating candidate generation and leveraging analytics tools, automation, and AI to influence business and talent acquisition as we scale.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with customer groups to establish specifications for the assigned category.
- Perform market analysis, benchmark analysis and spend analysis for assigned category projects.
- Obtain quotes from suppliers and complete a comparative analysis.
- Assist Managers in developing and executing assigned sourcing strategy.
- Assist in the supplier selection and negotiation process.
- Establish savings tracking methodology, perform savings tracking, and report realized savings on a continual basis.
- Monitor supplier performance and manage supplier relationships for key suppliers across multiple business division.
- Assist in placing contracts for strategic purchases and identify opportunities for large spot buys when no existing contracts exist.
- Perform other job-related functions as assigned.
- Availability to travel and to provide onsite attendance/support during New Builds.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
EDUCATION :
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field of study;
or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
EXPERIENCE :
2-4 years of strategic sourcing experience or procurement consulting experience.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS :
- Demonstrated success of leading project teams to achieving quantifiable savings by applying sourcing methods.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to drive change in a global decentralized organization with minimal supervision.
- Strong project management skills and results oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated success in gathering data, conducting analyses, and generating high quality outputs.
- Strong negotiation management experience.
- Knowledge of eProcurement and eCatalog management systems is a plus.
- First hand working knowledge of strategic sourcing methodology is essential.
- Technical knowledge and expertise in certain commodity areas is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Ariba Sourcing, eRFX and eAuction experience preferred.
