Key job responsibilities
Support colleagues in site compliance with safety policies and procedures
Implement EU network standards, plan preventative maintenance and ensure technical availability
Collaborate with colleagues to collect and analyse data to improve processes
Deliver and support both site-based and network-level projects
Lead, support and mentor your team to develop their career


A day in the life

You’ll be based at one of our operational sites, which allows you to give practical guidance to your team and get a clear vision of what’s happening at your site. This involves collecting data and solving problems in a fast-paced environment. You’ll also have a chance to create an operational plan to make the site more productive and efficient. That will involve setting up new projects that improve everything from operational processes to equipment maintenance. After safety, the most important part of the role is leading your team and managing their performance and development, including organizing additional training.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma
• Significant practical engineering experience including a supervisory role managing people.
• Multi skilled in both electrical and mechanical disciplines.
• Experience of automated equipment including packaging machinery, sortation and conveyor systems.
• Ability to communicate (written & verbal) in English and Italian at CEFR Level B2 or higher.
• Experience of working to appropriate health & safety standards and regulations.
• Solid computer skills (MS Office, CAD).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• A Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil) from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
• Full working knowledge of all specialized engineering and facilities equipment within the Fulfillment Center (FC) as well as maintenance and safety procedures.
• Experience working with PLC based control systems.
• Project Management experience.
• Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) programs.
• Experience with Kaizen and Continuous Improvement Process.

A day in the life

You’ll be based at one of our operational sites, which allows you to give practical guidance to your team and get a clear vision of what’s happening at your site. This involves collecting data and solving problems in a fast-paced environment. You’ll also have a chance to create an operational plan to make the site more productive and efficient. That will involve setting up new projects that improve everything from operational processes to equipment maintenance. After safety, the most important part of the role is leading your team and managing their performance and development, including organizing additional training.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma
• Significant practical engineering experience including a supervisory role managing people.
• Multi skilled in both electrical and mechanical disciplines.
• Experience of automated equipment including packaging machinery, sortation and conveyor systems.
• Ability to communicate (written & verbal) in English and Italian at CEFR Level B2 or higher.
• Experience of working to appropriate health & safety standards and regulations.
• Solid computer skills (MS Office, CAD).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• A Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil) from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
• Full working knowledge of all specialized engineering and facilities equipment within the Fulfillment Center (FC) as well as maintenance and safety procedures.
• Experience working with PLC based control systems.
• Project Management experience.
• Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) programs.
• Experience with Kaizen and Continuous Improvement Process.

Siamo alla ricerca di un/a Coordinatore/Coordinatrice Manutenzione da inserire presso un'importante realtà operante nel settore energetico, situata a Dalmine, in provincia di Bergamo. La posizione prevede l'inserimento con contratto a tempo indeterminato e orario di lavoro full-time, dal lunedì al venerdì, in orario diurno. La risorsa selezionata avrà la responsabilità di gestire e coordinare le attività di manutenzione giornaliera, interfacciandosi costantemente con gli operatori per garantire il corretto svolgimento delle operazioni. Sarà inoltre coinvolta in allineamenti tecnici e operativi con il responsabile di manutenzione, occupandosi dell'organizzazione delle attività, nonché della gestione del magazzino ricambi. Per ricoprire efficacemente il ruolo, il/la candidato/a ideale possiede le seguenti competenze tecniche e requisiti: - Esperienza pregressa di almeno 5-10 anni in ruoli analoghi. - Capacità di lettura e interpretazione del disegno tecnico. - Conoscenza approfondita degli impianti di processo. - Diploma tecnico come titolo di studio minimo. Sul piano delle competenze trasversali, cerchiamo una persona dotata di autonomia operativa, capacità di assumersi responsabilità e spiccate doti di problem solving.
