La risorsa ricercata sarà inserita all’interno del laboratorio prove strutturali di un interessante contesto aeronautico.

Si dovrà occupare nello specifico di:

1. Preparazione, esecuzione di test per banchi prova meccanico/strutturali
2. Definizione del piano e delle procedure di test
3. Esecuzione dei test, risoluzione dei problemi, report giornaliero, post-elaborazione dei dati di test
4. Nell’esecuzione delle sue attività dovrà interagire con altri reparti aziendali al fine di ottenere le informazioni utili alle esigenze di test (ad esempio, officina, ingegneria, progettazione)

Il candidato ideale possiede i seguenti requisiti:

• • Laurea anche triennale in ambito aerospaziale/meccanico o scienze fisiche
• • Conoscenza dei principali metodi di misura
• • Esperienza anche minima maturata in laboratorio di misura (anche accademica)
• • Conoscenza delle principali caratteristiche strutturali dei metalli e dei materiali compositi
• • Conoscenza dei principali software Office
• • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese

This role is designed for an engineer who is not only a testing expert but also a strategic thinker, capable of influencing product design and elevating our testing practices. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Develop and Automate Test Systems: Design, code, and implement robust and scalable test systems (both hardware and software) to validate PCBA assembly and functionality, minimizing manual intervention.
• Contribute to Design for Testability (DFT): Work closely with design teams to embed testability into the core of our products, ensuring they are inherently easier and more efficient to test.
• Foster Technical Excellence: Actively contribute to refining our testing methodologies and standards to enhance efficiency and quality.

We are seeking a candidate with a strong technical foundation and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Degree or high school diploma in electronic engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing test systems for Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBAs).
• In-depth competence in testing techniques such as In-Circuit Test (ICT), Boundary Scan (JTAG), and functional testing.
• Solid experience with benchtop instrumentation and data acquisition systems.
• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols and low-level programming is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills at both the software and hardware levels.
• A proven track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality Engineering.

• Effettuare controlli qualità sui prodotti finali e assicurarsi che siano conformi alle normative vigenti

Chi Cerchiamo:
