Per la nostra sede di Milano, siamo alla ricerca di un Digital Product Manager – UX/UI design .
Il candidato selezionato avrà l’opportunità di lavorare all’interno dell’area Customer, dove l’ufficio Digital Channels, parte del team eServices, si impegna in iniziative di innovazione, trasformazione e semplificazione per diventare sempre più un partner per i clienti.
All’interno del team Digital eServices, la risorsa si occuperà di:
- Lavorare in modalità waterfall/ibrida (mix waterfall-agile) e contribuire nelle fasi di co-design, stimolando la discussione sulla definizione di funzionalità innovative per i canali self di vendita e gestione.
- Raccogliere requisiti di business e utente per definire servizi e processi digitali seguendo il design thinking.
- Definire priorità e gestire il backlog delle attività per massimizzare il valore per i clienti, coordinandosi con gli stakeholder sui tempi di rilascio.
- Lavorare con architetti, sviluppatori, designer e altri dipartimenti per garantire la fattibilità di nuovi prodotti e servizi, offrendo un’esperienza integrata.
- Gestire la definizione di una UX distintiva e innovativa, creando wireframe e prototipi di soluzioni.
- Gestire progetti di sviluppo di nuovi processi online e rapporti con i fornitori di user experience e product design.
- Condurre meeting con clienti interni, definire requisiti e individuare nuove iniziative, anche tramite Design Workshop, con responsabilità di moderatore e creatore.
- Garantire rilasci end-to-end, inclusi UAT e bug fixing, monitorare KPI e analizzare funnel e customer journey per migliorare l’esperienza utente.
- Aggiornarsi sulle normative di settore e assicurare conformità, mantenendo relazioni con varie direzioni aziendali, fornitori, agenti e broker.
Your Profile
Qualifications:
- Laurea in Economia, Graphic & Digital Design, Marketing o Informatica.
- Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nel ruolo.
- Specializzazione in Web Analytics.
- Esperienza in settore servizi finanziari o consulenza.
Competenze tecniche:
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- A/B testing e strumenti di ottimizzazione.
- Content Management System.
- Jira, Confluence, Asana.
- Figma, Miro, Sketch, Invision.
- Inglese fluente.
- Certificazioni o esperienza in Digital Strategy, User Experience Design, Scrum Product Owner.
- Esperienza in modalità Waterfall e Agile.

- Previous Experience working with lean and agile UX approaches, familiarity with a SAFe environment is an advantage
- Confidence in leading design direction, developing goals, finding opportunities, and making decisions based on impact to users

You will be part of one of the multidisciplinary teams who design smoooth shopping experiences for customers so they can get what they love with Klarna. **What you will do**:
- Responsible for aligning design strategy and growth of the design team in one of the business groups in Klarna
- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers in your group and collaborate with Designers or Design Managers, UX Researchers, UX Writers and Marketers
- Work closely with Design leadership across different business units at Klarna to develop the design process, operations and practices at Klarna

- Experience in articulating and synthesizing design problems and solutions to a cross-functional team of engineers, marketeers, data scientists

- Experience working in e-commerce, social media or fashion tech is a plus but not required

Artemest is entering a new chapter. For the first time, we are creating original furniture, lighting, and décor collections to be branded under the Artemest name. These exclusive lines will celebrate the finest Italian craftsmanship and be produced in partnership with our established network of makers across Italy.
To lead this exciting initiative, we are looking for a Product Designer & Developer with a strong design sensibility, deep knowledge of artisanal production processes, and the technical expertise to bring ideas to life — from concept to prototype to market.
This role will focus primarily on designing and developing Artemest-branded collections. In parallel, the person will contribute to developing capsule collections in collaboration with external talents — particularly US-based interior designers — and support bespoke B2B requests through product adaptations or custom development.
Key Responsibilities- Design Artemest-branded collections of furniture, lighting, and décor from scratch, based on market trends, catalog needs, and strategic direction from the Trade & Design team.
- Collaborate closely with the Buying & Curation team to align with catalog gaps and trend insights.
- Coordinate with the Trade & Design team to identify key product opportunities for commercial and contract projects.
- Work side by side with Italian artisans, selecting appropriate production partners, techniques, and materials for each project, leveraging your knowledge of local manufacturing districts.
- Develop detailed technical and visual documentation (including moodboards, spec sheets, drawings, 3D models, and renderings) to guide internal decisions and external production.
- Oversee the full prototype development process, managing iterations, cost alignment, and production feasibility.
- Support the development of external designer collections, translating their creative vision into technically and commercially viable products.
- Contribute to bespoke product development for high-end clients by adapting existing pieces or creating custom solutions.
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Communication team to build a positioning and narrative for Artemest-branded collections that enhances the brand without conflicting with represented artisans and partners.
- Stay ahead of design trends, material innovations, and international market preferences to guide new product development.

Your role
We are looking for a Product Design Engineer Lead who will join our R&D Department.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop and act as reference for the development of complex mechanical solutions as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
- Ideate, design, build, test, and refine prototypes and characterization test systems
- Push state-of-the-art technologies and approaches to solve complex mechanical problems
- Work across the full product development cycle, especially from idea, to concept definition and to product finalization
- Collaborate closely with industrial designers, UX team and quality.
- Travel to and support engineering builds and vendor visits
Main requirements:
- Educational Background in Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Design
- Knowledge and Experience of Parametric 3D Cad Software, better if Creo software
- Knowledge and Experience on PDM, better if Windchill system
- Knowledge on design and process of Injection molding
- 5+ years of industry experience in mechanical design or in mold Design
- Experience in Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), statistical tolerance analysis techniques, functional dimensioning, geometric tolerancing, and 3D/2D CAD
- Knowledge of design and simulation tools, prototyping tools, manufacturing technologies and materials.
- Working knowledge in material properties, such as plastics, metal, adhesive, glass, etc.
- Experience building relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams.
- High level of organizational skills
- Scientific approach and great problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate in dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience in Consumer Electronics Product Development is greatly appreciated.
- Experience with Office 365
- Experience in managing a team of R&D Product Design Engineer
- 5+ year of field experience
