Descrizione del lavoroSGS è alla ricerca di un *consulente tecnico in materia di salute e sicurezza sui luoghi di lavoro* da inserire all'interno della linea di business Industries & Environment a Livorno . La nuova risorsa sarà inserita in un team di specialisti HSE che si occupano di consulenza alle imprese sulle tematiche di salute e sicurezza sui luoghi di lavoro.
La Risorsa Dovrà Essere In Grado Di
- Supportare i clienti nella redazione dei documenti cogenti richiesti dal Testo Unico per la sicurezza D.lgs 81/08 (es. Redazione DVR, DUVRI, relazioni tecniche specifiche dei principali fattori di rischio)
- Supportare i clienti con consulenze specifiche e gestione scadenze relative all’applicazione del Testo Unico Sicurezza e normative ad esso correlate (es. Redazione Piani di Emergenza, consulenza su tematiche quali gestione del lavori all’interno di Spazi Confinati, supporto nella gestione degli obblighi legati ai contratti di applato e d’opera secondo art. 26 D.Lgs 81/08 etc.)
- Laurea in Ingegneria, Ingegneria della Sicurezza, Ingegneria Ambientale e/o equivalenti e/o tecniche della prevenzione sui luoghi di lavoro
- Esperienza nel settore della consulenza in ambito salute e sicurezza o in contesti aziendali all’interno degli uffici competenti (RSPP aziendale, ASPP, supervisore sicurezza)
- Richiesta Disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio nazionale, patente di tipo B
- Qualifica come docente formatore ai sensi del D.M 06/03/2013
- Abilitazione all’esercizio dell’incarico di RSPP
- Attitudine al problem solving, intraprendenze e autonomia decisionale
- Esperienza in campo di audit di sistemi di gestione salute e sicurezza

Job description
SGS is seeking a technical health and safety consultant to join the Industries & Environment business line in Venice . The new team member will be part of a group of HSE specialists advising companies on health and safety issues in the workplace.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting clients in preparing required legal documents under Legislative Decree 81/08 (e.g., Risk Assessment, DUVRI, technical reports on main risk factors).
- Providing specific consultancy and managing deadlines related to the application of the Legislative Decree on Safety and related regulations (e.g., Emergency Plans, confined space work management, contractual obligations under art. 26 D.Lgs 81/08).
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields, or technical prevention qualifications.
- Experience in health and safety consultancy or within corporate safety offices (RSPP, ASPP, safety supervisor).
- Willingness to travel nationally, driving license of type B.
Additional qualities:
- Certification as a trainer per D.M 06/03/2013.
- Authorization to serve as RSPP.
- Problem-solving skills, initiative, and decision-making autonomy.
- Experience in auditing health and safety management systems.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and English language skills.

- Managing entities’ deviations to Group rules and prepare the mandatory information for the Unit Head, Group Chief AFC Officer, the Group Board and IVASS (70% Sanctions; 30% AML/CTF)
- Verifying the implementation of regulatory requirements and Group internal rules, standards and methodologies (70% Sanctions; 30% AML/CTF) in the entities in perimeter, by executing onsite and remote controls (70% Sanctions; 30% AML/CTF), defining corrective actions accordingly and preparing the related reporting for the Unit Head, Group Chief AFC Officer, the Group Risk Committee and the Group Board

- Evaluating and monitoring the vulnerability of the control system of all entities in perimeter (70% Sanctions; 30% AML/CTF), sharing results with local CEOs, Region and BU CEOs, and define corrective measures to be implemented by all local Business Lines and Control Functions, preparing summaries for the Unit Head
- Delivering technical trainings and specific communications (70% Sanctions; 30% AML/CTF) to Regional and BUs CEOs, local CEOs, local Heads of Business Lines (and their first reporting lines), Local Compliance and AFC Functions
- Cooperating with local HR, and other relevant Functions to address the issues identified with the controls performed, preparing summaries for the Unit Head
- Managing the due diligence phase of M&A activities in the perimeter, preparing summaries for the Unit Head
- Collaborating, developing and maintaining strong and effective working relationships with key business partners across all three Lines of Defense, Business Lines, local Management, Control Functions, as well as Data & Technology
Requirements
Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- At least 7 documented years within the Sanctions/AFC teams of international Fis (preferably insurance Groups), all of them gathered in Anti Financial Crime and/or Compliance Departments (documented experience in both Functions is a plus), or Audit (with focus on AML/CTF and IS)
- Strong knowledge of Sanctions regulatory requirements and international standards
- Knowledge of AML/CTF, ABC regulatory requirements and international standards
- Proved understanding and familiarity with Regulators’ activities, as well as EU/ US Authorities approach and expectations on International Sanctions
- Understanding of AFC processes including identifying and evaluating financial crime risks (including AML, Sanctions, ABC), identifying and evaluating controls, determining root causes, and recommending solutions
- High degree of accuracy, attention to details, well-organized working method and ability to work autonomously
- Ability to operate in a large financial group, build relationships across business lines, strong communications skills

RESPONSIBILITIES- Development and application of a multi-risk assessment methodology to analyse the effect of climate change-related impacts;
- Support in writing and managing EU projects and tenders proposals;
- Contributing to scientific publication activity and dissemination actions.
- At least 10 years of relevant research experience
- A PhD in environmental science, environmental engineering, science and management of Climate Change or equivalent subjects
- Previous experience in conducting risk and climate change impact assessment, familiarity with research methods and literature on multi-risk assessment, climate risk management, climate change adaptation and resilience
- Proficiency in working with large climate datasets in netcdf format and perform climate data analysis
- Previous experience in project management and acquisition of research funds

PERITO ELETTROTECNICO – ANALISI DEI RISCHI E VALIDAZIONE MACCHINE AUTOMATICHE
Chi siamoADVR S.r.l. nasce nel 2015 per opera di un gruppo di persone con esperienza pluriennale nella documentazione e nella valutazione dei rischi delle macchine automatiche.
Responsabilità- fornire consulenza e supporto ai clienti e interpretazione delle normative richieste per l'esportazione/importazione allo scopo di ottenere la conformità;
- redazione, gestione e aggiornamento del fascicolo tecnico di macchine per il packaging in ambienti ATEX, analisi dei RES applicabili, valutazione dei rischi, scelta delle azioni preventive da adottare per la riduzione del rischio residuo;
- reportistica delle azioni implementate al fine di garantire la conformità alla direttiva macchine;
- sceltae posizionamento dei dispositivi di sicurezza da installare in collaborazione con l’ufficio tecnico elettrico.
E' richiesto un titolo di studio tecnico come perito elettrotecnico o titolo di studio similare. Si accettano candidature anche di risorse senza esperienza nel ruolo interessate all’ambito Safety.
