Mansioni

• Riparazione e manutenzioni ordinarie di carrelli elevatori presso clienti prevalentemente in area Triveneto;

• Interazione con il personale del cliente per la risoluzione tempestiva dei problemi;

• Verifica della piena efficienza e sicurezza del mezzo dopo l’intervento;

• Individuazione di guasti meccanici, elettrici, elettronici su carrelli elevatori;

• Redazione di report di intervento.

Requisiti

• Diploma in Meccanica/Elettronica o equipollenti;

• Competenze in ambito meccanico, oleodinamico ed elettronico;

• Possesso Patente B, il patentino conduzione muletto è un plus;

• Capacità di problem solving e gestione autonoma del lavoro;

• Esperienza di almeno due anni in ruoli similari presso aziende del settore metalmeccanico;

• Disponibilità alle trasferte.

Ruolo:

Riportando al Service Manager, in qualità Field Service Technician, opera all’interno dell’organizzazione Post Vendita fornendo supporto in loco ai clienti per le attività di installazione, riparazione e manutenzione dei macchinari e impianti venduti sia in Italia che all’estero.

Cross functional interface for handling CHEP-material within retail. Ensuring reliable relationships to clients in order to identify customer needs and new business opportunities for CHEP.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to join our rotating machinery team. The ideal candidate will carry out tasks both within the Company and, especially, externally at installation sites, that may be located both in Italy and abroad, without any territory limitation. He/she will perform the following main tasks:

  • Assembly of fans, blowers, and centrifugal compressors in Boldrocchi Italy plants, also with equipment and components under subcontracting arrangements.
  • Overhaul of fans, blowers, and centrifugal compressors.
  • Assistance to test room personnel for all verification and testing activities of the machines.
  • Commissioning and inspection activities at the customer sites worldwide, including on-site balancing.
  • Supervision of assembly work at site.
  • Fault diagnosis and analysis at site.
  • Ordinary, extraordinary, and preventive maintenance activities at site.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of field service activity, preferably in international environments
  • Knowledge of measurement and diagnostic instruments
  • Ability to supervise teams of mechanics and operators provided by the client or third parties.
  • Ability to write clear and comprehensive technical reports
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Availability to travel up to 80% of working time worldwide and at short notice
  • Skilled in customer relations, even in demanding environments
  • Experience in electromechanics/electrotechnics is a plus
  • Prior exposure to centrifugal compressors or rotating equipment will be considered a plus
