The Product Specialist is responsible for managing and growing sales in the Region of Lombardy. The role itself is fully remote.
This position reports to the National Sales Manager and is part of the Italian Sales Team.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Build relationships with existing customers and acquire new customers to achieve sales targets
- Maintain and build effective relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the region
- Organize and participate in local congresses and give product training
- Observe market and competitor’s activities to influence company sales strategies
- Execute marketing and sales strategies
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Bachelor's degree in medicine, psychology, marketing, engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years in overall medical device sales experience in the Italian market
- Demonstrated hunter mentality and the ability to meet quotas and achieve sales targets
- Basic knowledge of Italian health care system
- Fluency in Italian; fluent English
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role
- 60% travel primarily domestic with overnight trips required
- Occasional weekend trips to conferences and meetings

- Interventional Radiology experience

Ricerchiamo per ampliamento organico un Product Specialist, che si occuperà di:
- Fornire supporto tecnico e scientifico ai clienti riguardo ai prodotti
- Sviluppare e mantenere relazioni con professionisti del settore e clienti, assicurando sempre un alto livello di soddisfazione.
- Condurre sessioni formative per i clienti sull'uso dei prodotti.
- Collaborare con il dipartimento di R&D per lo sviluppo di nuovi prodotti e l'aggiornamento di quelli esistenti.
Requisiti richiesti:
- Laurea in Biologia Molecolare, Biotecnologie;
- Dimestichezza e conoscenza delle più comuni tecniche di biologia molecolare: estrazione DNA/RNA , Real Time PCR , Spettrometria di Massa e NGS .
- Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese parlato e scritto;
- Eccellenti capacità comunicative e relazionali, con un orientamento al cliente.
- Capacità di ascolto e problem solving delle richieste del cliente;
- Capacità di lavoro in team.
- Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte in Italia e all’estero .

L'azienda ricerca un Ingegnere Biomedico / Clinico con o senza esperienza pregressa per il ruolo di Product Specialist.
RUOLOLa persona ricoprirà all'interno di un team un ruolo polivalente, dinamico e autonomo, occupandosi di importanti task con l'obiettivo di diventarne nel tempo referente riconosciuto a livello aziendale. È richiesta la presenza in sede e sono previste trasferte regolari su territorio nazionale ed europeo.
Le principali attività di cui si occuperà saranno :- Assistenza tecnica su prodotti e macchinari
- Assistenza al personale medico in sala operatoria durante interventi chirurgici
- Promozione commerciale dei prodotti negli ospedali e interazione con la forza vendita
- Ricerca nuovi prodotti / fornitori a livello globale
Per permettere un inserimento di successo nel tempo, l'azienda vaglierà attentamente la motivazione del candidato e la sua corrispondenza con il profilo richiesto.
I seguenti rappresentano requisiti di base richiesti :- predisposizione al contatto interpersonale
- propensione al problem-solving e intraprendenza, autonomia

Come Product Specialist riporterai al Discovery Product Leader e la tua missione sarà quella di analizzare, definire e lanciare nuovi prodotti e funzionalità; in particolare, seguirai il disegno, il lancio e il monitoraggio nel continuo del portafoglio prodotti verso la nostra clientela principale, le Piccole Medie Imprese italiane, con focus sui prodotti di Finanziamento, per continuare a supportare la nostra crescita commerciale e l’espansione del catalogo!
Cerchiamo un* professionista capace di alternare visione strategica e azione concreta, che sappia combinare aspetti quantitativi e qualitativi, che sappia guidare idee e progetti ma anche sporcarsi le mani per farli accadere: se ti ritrovi in questo approccio, sei la persona che fa per noi!
Le tue attività- Disegnare nuovi prodotti e funzionalità in linea con la strategia aziendale, collaborando e raccogliendo gli input dalle direzioni coinvolte (es. Sales, Risk, Operations, ICT, Design, Finance) e dal mercato stesso, per garantire una visione e un funzionamento completo a 360 gradi;
- Assicurare un corretto passaggio del disegno ai team di Delivery di Prodotto per lo sviluppo e la messa a terra;
- Coordinare il lancio a livello procedurale e di mercato, assicurando l'allineamento di tutti i touchpoint del cliente e il corretto posizionamento;
- Supportare la discovery di nuove opportunità (business, prodotti, funzionalità) e la redazione e presentazione del relativo business plan;
- Contribuire all’analisi dei KPI di prodotto per il Top management, individuando soluzioni per migliorarne le performance commerciali ed economiche;
- Gestire i rapporti e le attività operative con alcuni partner chiave, in collaborazione con la funzione Sales;
- Assicurare l’aderenza alla Product Governance, dal set-up del prodotto alla rendicontazione continua;
- Garantire la Trasparenza, redigendo e definendo la documentazione destinata alla clientela (contratti, fogli informativi, ecc.) con il supporto delle funzioni competenti.
L’AideXer che fa per noi:
- Laureat* in Economia o materie affini;
- Ha 1-3 anni di esperienza, maturata preferibilmente in ambito financial services e su temi di prodotto (lancio di nuovi prodotti, gestione catalogo offerta e pricing, ecc);
- Ha ottime capacità analitiche e di storytelling;
- Ha ottime capacità di pianificazione, lavoro di squadra e problem solving;
- Orientat* all’innovazione e al mondo digitale;
- Conosce le metodologie di project management (Waterfall, Agile, altro);
- Ha un'ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel e PowerPoint;
- (Nice to have) Conosce le tematiche di Product Governance e di Trasparenza Bancaria.
