Diagnoses system failures and determines most cost-effective solution.  Escalates complex issues to greater level of technical support or quality reporting system. May develop new customer service/product agreements. Responds to customer support calls within an assigned territory. In addition, He/She will demonstrate the ability to utilize critical thinking and analysis to make decisions, solve problems and implement solutions. He/She'll be able to communicate and to listen honesty and to create empathy with the customer, colleagues and collaborators.

• Provide Technical Customer support, on-site assistance to our hospital customers, the assistance can occasionally occur during weekends and overnight

• Escalates complex issues to greater level of technical support

• Responds to customer support calls within an assigned territory.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred or Biotech Technical/Electronic Secondary School  Diploma
