Il nostro cliente è un'importante realtà operante nel settore medicale/farmaceutico , con sede nella zona dell'Abbadia Lariana (LC)

La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno dell'Ufficio Acquisti e si occuperà dell'approvvigionamento del materiale necessario per il corretto funzionamento dell'azienda, supportando la gestione dei fornitori e delle attività operative collegate.

Attività principali:

  • Gestione della documentazione tecnica per i fornitori (disegni, specifiche, ecc.)
  • Interfaccia con fornitori italiani ed esteri
  • Collaborazione con l'Ufficio Qualità e Controllo Qualità per la gestione delle non conformità
  • Partecipazione a visite e audit presso fornitori
  • Creazione, controllo ed emissione degli ordini di acquisto per le categorie merceologiche assegnate
  • Attività di expediting per monitorare i tempi di consegna
  • Organizzazione delle spedizioni da/per i fornitori
  • Aggiornamento e manutenzione dati fornitori e ordini nel gestionali


Requisiti richiesti:

  • Diploma o laurea ad indirizzo tecnico
  • Preferibile esperienza pregressa in ambito Ufficio Acquisti
  • Conoscenza dei processi di gestione ordini, fornitori e contratti
  • Gradita la capacità di lettura di schemi elettrici e meccanici
  • Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel e Word)
  • Conoscenza del gestionale AS400 (preferenziale)
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata)
  • Ottime capacità relazionali, organizzative, di negoziazione e lavoro in team

The Customer Technical Support Specialist for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for providing exceptional support and assistance to our customers, ensuring they receive timely and accurate resolutions to their inquiries and technical issues. You will be a part of the CTS & Coordination European Team and report to the Manager Customer Technical Support and Coordination responsible for overseeing and managing the call centre and dispatching operations, ensuring efficient and effective communication between our technical support team and customers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Diagnose and resolve technical and IT related issues by guiding customers through step-by-step solutions utilizing own knowledge and other established processes and tools.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and follow-up.
  • Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company’s service management systems adhering to quality compliance standards.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, IT, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support or technical support role, preferably within the diagnostics or healthcare industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, team members, and other stakeholders, fluent both Italian and English. Additional European languages will be advantageous.
  • Ability to travel 15% travel, overnight, within territory or locations

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience in the healthcare industry with multiple examples of successfully leading complex technical projects and teams with the ability to work independently and part of a team

The Clinical IT Specialist for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for planning, developing and implementing all the activities related to Beckman Coulter's Clinical IT solutions.

  • Networking, Virtual Environments such as Hyper-V or VMware and Windows Server 2025, 2022, 2019 Operating Systems
  • Laboratory analyzer connectivity and/or HL7, ASTM communication protocols
  • Fluency in Italian & English with excellence at communication with the customer and has a listening, can-do attitude.
  • Team player with great collaboration skills across own team and stakeholder teams.
  • Ability to proactively self-organize and manage competing priorities in a demanding environment. Ability to work flexible hours as business needs, available to travel 50%-70% of the time in Italy or Europe.

As a plus the candidate will have

  • Experience in working on a European team would be a plus.
  • Former experience in managing projects in complex laboratory environments

The Customer Technical Support Specialist for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for providing exceptional support and assistance to our customers, ensuring they receive timely and accurate resolutions to their inquiries and technical issues. This role requires strong communication skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

This position is part of the Customer Care Organization and is based full-time onsite at our office in Cassina de Pecchi, Italy

You will be a part of the CTS & Coordination European Team and report to the Manager Customer Technical Support and Coordination responsible for overseeing and managing the call centre and dispatching operations, ensuring efficient and effective communication between our technical support team and customers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Diagnose and resolve technical and IT related issues by guiding customers through step-by-step solutions utilizing own knowledge and other established processes and tools.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and follow-up.
  • Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company’s service management systems adhering to quality compliance standards.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, IT, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support or technical support role, preferably within the diagnostics or healthcare industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, team members, and other stakeholders, fluent both Italian and English. Additional European languages will be advantageous.
  • Ability to travel 15% travel, overnight, within territory or locations

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience in the healthcare industry with multiple examples of successfully leading complex technical projects and teams with the ability to work independently and part of a team
  • Ability to “think out of the box” and express creative thinking and innovative ideas.
