The Global Head of Engineering is responsible for executing agreed strategies and engineering activities in alignment with Product Supply business objectives. This role is also a key member of the Product Supply Leadership Team, contributing to the organization’s strategic direction and operational excellence.
Despite the company being headquartered in Central Europe, the incumbent is not required to be based out of their head office, but ideally will be based in a European country with the ability to travel frequently.

The role The Commercial Director will define and execute the company’s commercial strategy in Italy and abroad, joining the Executive Committee and reporting directly to the Global CEO and the ownership.

Serial Test Manager/ T&C Line Manager
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
- Systematic & Efficient handing over of trains from Manufacturing to Testing
- Manage the Testing Teams on Site
- To deliver train and documents in accordance with the QCD (Quality Cost Delivery) commitments and customer requirements
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

- Ensure deployment of correct and efficient Handing Over procedure by EPU Manager & test technicians.
- Involve all the right actors as Industrial Quality, PIM, PrTCM (Project T&C Manager), PrQSM to orient the right decisions.
- Participate & Support in Handing Over of critical trains/projects (typically first and last train).
- Handle escalations when necessary.
- Have a clear overview of the test planning of all the projects in the site to ensure it is aligned with site testing capacity/facility and escalate to the management when necessary.
- Organize weekly review with the EPU Managers on testing KPI’s (QCD) and take actions on critical issues.
- Monitor and regularly update management & key interfaces about the progress on KPI’S of each project to reach the target QCD.
- Based on KPI review, follow up on Open points and Improvement actions with the Testing, Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality.
- Ensure Interface and perfect working relationship with: PrTCM, Chief Operation, TVE, PIM, Industrial Quality, Production Line Manager, PrWM, PrQSM to achieve the testing KPI’s.
- Provides testing teams with the right procedures, tools and facilities.
- Ensure that test reports are clearly documented, up to date and on time.
- Ensure that trains are fully tested and complete before delivery and in case of deviations (key missing parts) take appropriate actions.
- Manage and Forecast the testing workload and adapt capacity accordingly.
- Manage competencies: through identification of critical competencies and ensure right trainings are delivered.
- Communicate and cascade information to the site testing teams.
- Manage conflicts and disputes within the department.
- Ensures T&C activities and operating areas comply with Site EHS requirements including TTO.
- Reports Deviations, Near-misses and Accidents.
- Demonstrates excellent EHS behavior.
- Accountable for EHS Compliance within the test area.

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Testing & Commissioning of Electrical, Control, onboard communications & network systems within process industry, railways or factory automation and minimum 2 years’ experience in Test Engineering (T&C Methods)
- Be familiar with high risk activities in association with Electrical work and EHS requirements
- Have a good understanding of key electrical and/or mechanical processes (in particular earthing & bonding, cabling, protection and instrumentation, …)
- Strong leadership; result-driven mindset
- Ability to foster communications between multiple stakeholders (product engineering, manufacturing engineering, industrial functions…)
- Ability for negotiation, problem-solving and efficient decision-making in complex environment
- Ability to work across sites/functions in a multi-cultural environment
- Team spirit approach and good communication skills

General s.r.l. proprietaria del marchio Piu’Me, una delle principali aziende nel settore cura casa e persona, ricerca Multi Store Manager per circa 18/20 punti vendita dislocati nella provincia di SAVONA e zone limitrofe .
La figura professionale costituisce un raccordo fondamentale del nostro management tecnico - operativo in grado di creare una strategia commerciale nella gestione del mercato di riferimento, di coordinare, con efficienza, le risorse assegnate ai punti vendita di cui è responsabile, di partecipare pro-attivamente al processo di gestione economica (all' occorrenza, fornendo dati sull' andamento commerciale di cui è territorialmente competente, monitorando le performance e il rendimento del personale assegnato).
Il candidato ideale, previa formazione on the job, sarà incaricato delle seguenti attività:
Responsabilità- Supervisionare i punti vendita di cui è territorialmente competente, garantendo e monitorando il raggiungimento degli obiettivi prefissati, gli standard qualitativi aziendali e la corretta applicazione delle norme sulla sicurezza e igienico- sanitarie;
- Con il supporto della direzione centrale e del responsabile commerciale, gestire e coordinare il personale assegnato in conformità alle direttive aziendali, ai vincoli normativi e ai contratti di lavoro (organizzazione orari di lavoro, piani ferie etc.);
- Riportare direttamente al Responsabile commerciale e alla direzione centrale fornendo dati, informazioni e report per lo sviluppo di una strategia commerciale condivisa;
- Gestire e coordinare il personale assegnato in conformità alle direttive aziendali, ai vincoli normativi e ai contratti di lavoro;
- Con il supporto dell'ufficio risorse umane, partecipa alle attività di reclutamento del personale e alla sua formazione.
- Residenza o domicilio sul territorio;
- Forte propensione, attitudine e motivazione al ruolo ricercato;
- Saranno comunque presi in considerazione candidati con una pluriennale esperienza professionale in qualità di Store manager o capo reparto in contesti aziendali similari;

- Disponibilità a trasferte.

Sviluppo del Team Operativo Ti occuperai del coordinamento e dello sviluppo del team operativo. Faciliterai la collaborazione tra le risorse, identificherai i gap di competenza e parteciperai alla selezione di nuovi professionisti esterni o interni.

- Esperienza in Agenzie di Marketing : Hai un background solido (almeno 5 anni) in ruoli operativi o manageriali all'interno di agenzie di marketing digitale. Comprendi le dinamiche, i modelli di business e le sfide di questo settore.
- Leadership da Partner, non da Capo : Sai come dare una direzione chiara, delegare con fiducia e coordinare il team (interno ed esterno) per rendere le persone autonome e responsabili dei risultati.
