Cossi Costruzioni Gruppo Webuild offre un’opportunità lavorativa e di crescita all’interno dell’Supply Chain e Procurement della società, tramite l'inserimento di una figura Asset & Fleet Management nell'area Liguria e Piemonte.
La Cossi Costruzioni, nata nel 1976, vanta una lunga esperienza nel settore delle costruzioni in ambito pubblico e privato. Da punto di riferimento in Valtellina, nel mese di aprile 2019, diventa partner di Webuild S.p.A. , leader mondiale nella progettazione e realizzazione di grandi e complessi progetti nei settori della mobilità sostenibile, idroelettrico, idrico e della bioedilizia.
Attualmente, è la società del Gruppo che cresce maggiormente in termini di acquisizione di commesse e personale, affermandosi come General Contractor di progetti infrastrutturali quali ponti, strade e ferrovie in Italia.
La persona opererà per la commessa di riferimento, dipenderà gerarchicamente dal Project Manager, funzionalmente dal Plant Manager e dal Regional Asset Management, nel rispetto degli obiettivi e secondo le metodologie stabilite.
Supporterà il Plant Manager principalmente nelle attività legate all’utilizzo del gestionale aziendale FMS e di altri sistemi gestionali P&E (ad esempio smart vehicle), curerà lo sviluppo di analisi specifiche per migliorare ed efficientare le attività P&E e gestirà l’archivio documentale.
In particolare, si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
- Aggiornamento bimestrale del masterplan e delle attività di budgeting (FMS)
- Effettuare inventari secondo le cadenze previste in procedura
- Cura dell’archivio documentale del macchinario e degli impianti (certificazioni CE, manuali di uso e manutenzione, certificazioni di conformità, messa in servizio, collaudo, ecc.)
- Cura dell’archivio per l’esercizio dell’impianto elettrico (denunce di messa a terra INAIL, SCIA VVF, ENEL, agenzia delle dogane, ecc.)
- Reperire e archiviare aggiornamenti dei registri di controllo e manutenzione
- Gestione veicoli: organizzare, sotto supervisione del capo cantiere, l'utilizzo delle attrezzature per ottimizzare il parco macchine, gestendole in base alla saturazione su più punti della commessa
- Raccolta delle schede macchina: informare il responsabile officina delle riparazioni/manutenzioni necessarie, evidenziare difetti segnalati dagli operatori e interfacciarsi con gli affidatari per le riparazioni
- Logistica di cantiere: coordinare spostamenti interni e tra cantieri, nonché i trasporti delle merci
- Sicurezza conducenti: implementare pratiche di sicurezza e formazione
- Gestione dei noleggi: monitorare le attività di cantiere, gestire dismissioni o richieste di noleggio di nuove attrezzature
Requisiti professionali:
- Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica o diploma di Istituto Tecnico settore Tecnologico con indirizzo Meccanica, Meccatronica o Energia
Si cerca professionisti con minima esperienza nel ruolo o motivati ad intraprendere una carriera nel settore construction, con conoscenza di sistemi software e dinamiche aziendali.
Il candidato ideale possiede capacità di lavoro in team, flessibilità e attenzione ai dettagli.

Per la funzione Asset & Sustainability Management, la Società è alla ricerca di una figura professionale da inserire all’interno dell’area, riportando al Senior della funzione. La risorsa si occuperà della gestione e dello sviluppo delle attività, seguendo gli standard aziendali e le direttive impartite.
Responsabilità:
- Gestione del patrimonio immobiliare dei fondi in collaborazione con il Fund Management, coordinando i rapporti con gli outsourcer (Property Manager), consulenti, fornitori esterni, enti e le funzioni interne della SGR coinvolte nel processo di gestione e valorizzazione, incluso il project management interno. L’obiettivo è perseguire le strategie pianificate dal Fund Manager e definite nei Business Plan dei Fondi.
- Implementazione di tematiche di sostenibilità trasversali sui fondi.
Obiettivi di crescita professionale:
- Consolidare le modalità di lavoro di gruppo per raggiungere gli obiettivi delle strategie commerciali e finanziarie dei fondi, con particolare attenzione alla gestione del patrimonio immobiliare, rendicontazione agli investitori, monitoraggio di costi e ricavi, supporto nel business planning e nelle attività di valorizzazione e commercializzazione degli immobili (locazioni/vendite).
- Approfondire i temi di sostenibilità nei processi di gestione e valorizzazione immobiliare.
Competenze da sviluppare:
Analisi dei dati immobiliari, verifica del reporting da fonti esterne, coordinamento dei fornitori esterni e verifica delle attività loro assegnate, valorizzazione del portafoglio immobiliare attraverso ottimizzazione dei costi, massimizzazione dei ricavi, erogazione di servizi ai conduttori, miglioramento dell’efficienza dei servizi agli immobili.
Requisiti tecnici e caratteristiche personali:
Laurea in discipline tecniche (ingegneria o architettura) è fondamentale; costituisce titolo preferenziale un Master in Real Estate o un’esperienza iniziale in società di gestione immobiliare o property management.
Spiccata attitudine alla collaborazione, al lavoro in team, flessibilità, apertura, spirito intraprendente e visione multidisciplinare.
Conoscenza del pacchetto Office e Autocad.
Conoscenza riconoscibile e documentabile dell’inglese almeno a livello B2.

- Short work experience in either the banking areas of consulting firms or in the Asset Management, Wealth Management / Private banking areas of financial intermediaries or insurance companies would be preferable
- Previous experience in projects of information systems implementation in support of sales and consulting activities of financial or insurance intermediary business networks in Personal Financial Planning
- Good knowledge of English is essential and the knowledge of a second foreign language is appreciated.

Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, or Management Engineering with excellent grades. Prior experience in banking, consulting, or asset/wealth management is preferred.
