Descrizione del lavoro

Nell'ambito della Direzione Tecnico-Operativa di Sede, la risorsa affiancherà il tutor nella gestione, nello sviluppo di un progetto volto alla standardizzazione e sviluppo dell'Asset Management dell'azienda.

In particolare, il tirocinante fornirà supporto nelle attività di standardizzazione, definizione e classificazione degli asset e delle procedure tecniche, contribuendo a migliorare l'efficienza operativa e la tracciabilità dei processi aziendali. Per tali attività, si utilizzeranno strumenti informatici avanzati, tra cui l'Intelligenza Artificiale (IA).

Inoltre, il tirocinante lavorerà trasversalmente a tutte le funzioni dell'area, con un focus particolare sulle aree di: adempimenti operativi normativi, Energy Management e Asset Management, garantendo il rispetto e la diffusione delle best practice aziendali.

Ingegnere Area Asset Management

Riportando al Technical Asset Management Manager, sarai il punto di collegamento tra i proprietari degli asset e i vari dipartimenti interni, con l'obiettivo di garantire una gestione ottimale degli impianti e contribuire alla transizione energetica.

Le tue principali responsabilità saranno:
  1. Gestione delle relazioni e coordinamento;
  2. Fungere da collegamento tra i proprietari dei parchi di energia rinnovabile e i dipartimenti di Gestione degli Asset (tecnico, finanziario, commerciale);
  3. Garantire che tutte le parti interessate abbiano le informazioni necessarie e coerenti;
  4. Monitoraggio degli obblighi contrattuali;
  5. Assicurarsi che gli impegni delle società proprietarie e di RES siano rispettati nei contratti di gestione degli asset;
  6. Gestione dei reclami assicurativi;
  7. Risolvere le lamentele e i difetti nell'ambito delle garanzie contrattuali;
  8. Gestione operativa e performance;
  9. Proporre e gestire il budget operativo delle società proprietarie;
  10. Redigere report operativi e distribuirli ai clienti;
  11. Eseguire ispezioni in loco, audit di clienti, fornitori, subappaltatori e autorità;
  12. Sviluppo del business, identificando opportunità in collaborazione con il team di sviluppo;
  13. Proporre servizi adeguati e supportare i proprietari nei loro progetti;
  14. Applicare e migliorare le procedure di QHSE (Qualità, Salute, Sicurezza, Ambiente);
  15. Partecipare a progetti di miglioramento continuo e avviare azioni correttive.
Requisiti
  • Titolo di laurea in ingegneria o Master in ingegneria industriale o energia rinnovabile;
  • Conoscenza avanzata dell'inglese, scritto e parlato;
  • Conoscenza del francese considerata un plus;
  • Conoscenza delle professioni, tecnologie e problematiche del settore delle energie rinnovabili;
  • Familiarità con strumenti digitali;
  • Capacità di analizzare dati tecnici e operativi;
  • Decision-making rapido e comunicazione efficace;
  • Capacità di lavorare in modo indipendente e in team;

Overview

We are looking for an Asset Management Legal Specialist to join our pool of experts, reporting and interacting directly to the IoT Manager. The role focuses on managing and optimizing stock and hardware assets, with emphasis on the legal, customs, commercial law, and intellectual property aspects of asset management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Asset Tracking and Monitoring: Use asset management systems to track location, status, and usage of hardware assets, ensuring compliance with data protection laws (e.g., GDPR) for devices that collect data.
  • Disposal and Replacement: Manage end-of-life assets with compliant disposal or replacement, secure data wiping, and protection of IP information.
  • Risk Management: Identify risks related to stock and hardware assets, including IP licensing, obsolescence, security vulnerabilities, and compliance with import/export regulations.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare reports on asset status and maintenance, and document ownership rights, license agreements, and legal contracts to ensure compliance with commercial and IP laws.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory, asset categorization, and ensure proper customs documentation and legal import status.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Schedule and oversee maintenance, coordinate with service providers, and ensure NDAs and contractual terms are observed.
  • Functional Support for Applications: Ensure licensing compliance and adherence to internal legal and compliance policies in application support.
  • Stand-by System Participation: Contribute to operational stability and understand relevant contractual and liability considerations in case of system failures.
Qualifications and Experience

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in asset management, inventory management, or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills

In order to guarantee an excellent service to our clients, Vector Renewables is looking for a young engineer to grow as Technical Asset Management Trainee who will be in charge of the management of the daily monitoring of the performances of PV plants, allocation of the events and energy management for multiple portfolios. The candidate will also support the Asset Manager in the daily task management, interacting with the dedicated teams.

Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring data integrity of data downloaded by energy meters, weather stations and SCADA;
  • Daily interaction with NUO platform support team for recovery of wrong or missing data;
  • Daily monitoring highlighting faults or underperfomance of the plants including notes for reporting;
  • Daily allocation of events related to plant faults and underperformances in NUO with validation of estimated downtime and losses;
  • Reporting to the AM in charge of the plants about faults of components, downtime and communication issues;
  • Monthly download with Robots and scripts of energy figures published by the grid owner and GSE;
  • Claim and follow-up with DSO in case of wrong published energy figures;
  • Support to the AM in generating Technical and Revenues daily, weekly and monthly reporting, also including upload of main figures to Clients’ portals;
  • Support to the AM in management of recursive compliance tasks with Public Administrations

Key Requirements

  • Degree or experience in Engineering or similar
  • Computer Skills: Microsoft Office package, Basic knowledge in script coding with Python and Excel
  • Precision and proactive approach
  • Good knowledge of Italian and english

We are currently looking for an Analyst in our Fund & Asset Managemen t team: in this role, you will contribute to managing high-profile assets and funds, supporting key initiatives in development, financing, leasing, and ESG integration.

Key responsibilities:

  • Prepare reports and documentation for internal governance stakeholders, including Investment Committees and the Board of Directors (BoD), conducting and updating financial analysis, financial models, and presentation decks.
  • Assist in analyzing leasing contracts and their financial impact on business plans.
  • Support the evaluation of asset disposal scenarios and the structuring of new investment vehicles.
  • Liaise with third parties, including property managers, development managers, brokers, lenders, third-party appraisers, etc.
  • Analyze potential investment opportunities, market trends, and macroeconomic contexts to inform business strategies.
  • Participate in property inspections and market tours, including travel if needed.
  • Monitor ESG key performance indicators and work with the sustainability team to update COIMA metrics for managed funds.

Education, skills, and experience required:

  • University degree in Economics, Financial Markets, or Real Estate Management.
  • 1–2 years of professional experience in the real estate or financial sectors, particularly in asset management, development projects, tenant management, leasing, and financing.
  • Financial modeling and analytical skills with a strong quantitative aptitude.
  • ESG awareness and advocacy, focusing on sustainability metrics and the SFDR framework.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with automated reporting and data analysis solutions.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Collaborative, team-oriented approach with a willingness to educate and share knowledge within the organization.
