Il candidato avrà un ruolo chiave nell’analisi e nell’ottimizzazione del touchpoint, basandosi su analytics e sui trend più aggiornati.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ideazione e definizione delle tipologie di campagne, dei flussi e degli strumenti da adottare;
- Ottimizzazione del canale;
- Analisi di target, buyer personas, touchpoint degli utenti, customer journey dei clienti;
- Monitoraggio dei risultati e delle performance delle attività;
- Conduzione di A / B test per migliorare le performance del canale;
- Sviluppo e monitoraggio degli automatismi delle comunicazioni (definizione obiettivi, individuazione dei trigger);
- Gestione della reportistica settimanale / mensile sull’andamento del canale.
- SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Laurea in Marketing / Comunicazione;

Definire le linee guida della strategia Email Marketing e CRM, con l'obiettivo di aumentare l’ingaggio e il coinvolgimento della base utenti
Decidere quali sono i migliori strumenti tecnologici e le piattaforme più efficienti da utilizzare per raggiungere il risultato
Integrare le nuove piattaforme e gestire tutto il flusso del canale Email Marketing
Mettere a disposizione dell’azienda il CRM con tutti i suoi insights per conoscere al meglio i nostri clienti, implementando flussi di Marketing Automation con definizione di specifici segmenti
Segmentare e profilare i clienti in base ai comportamenti di acquisto e di utilizzo dei prodotti/servizi al fine di contribuire alla definizione dei programmi di CRM con particolare focus sulle campagne di comunicazione sui diversi canali
Collaborare con tutte le unità organizzative aziendali per elaborare il disegno tecnico del CRM per i nuovi prodotti e servizi e la strategia di adozione
Lavorare in collaborazione con i vari reparti per comprendere sia le esigenze del business e dei clienti, sia le analisi del sito necessarie per misurare il successo delle campagne stesse
Strutturare e gestire un “loyalty program”
Sviluppare progetti ad-hoc per migliorarela relazione con il cliente e acquisirne di nuovi

Email Marketing Designer role at Eight Sleep. This position sits in the Milan office and reports to the Director of Lifecycle Marketing.

Responsibilities- Design visually compelling, on-brand emails for all stages of the customer journey—from onboarding to retention to reactivation.
- Deliver pixel-perfect Figma files for implementation in Klaviyo.
- Collaborate with the Lifecycle team, Product, and Brand to concept and execute high-performing email designs for campaigns, product launches, flows, onboarding, newsletters, and more.
- Translate strategy and messaging into visually engaging and conversion-optimized emails.
- Maintain consistency with Eight Sleep’s brand guidelines while iterating on layout and design innovation.
- Propose thoughtful A/B test ideas focused on driving engagement and conversion.
- Help evolve the visual identity of our emails and push the brand forward.

Responsabilità Principali :
- Gestione della piattaforma di CRM : data cleaning, implementazione e segmentazione di campagne, gestione del programma fedeltà
- Customer journey & automazioni : creazione e gestione di flussi automatici (welcome series, post-acquisto, re-engagement di clienti inattivi)
- Creazione di newsletter curando il copy e il layout
- Analisi delle performance : monitoraggio KPI e ottimizzazione continua e creazione di dashboard e report

About The RoleWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Email Marketing Specialist to support our growing CRM & Email Marketing team at Ruby Labs. This is an exciting opportunity to kickstart or deepen your career in digital marketing by contributing to impactful lifecycle campaigns across multiple fast-growing brands.
You’ll work closely with our CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager and Marketing Director to execute email workflows, A / B tests, localisations, and campaign performance tracking. You will learn and work with tools like Customer.io and Mixpanel, helping us increase engagement, retention, and conversions across all Ruby Labs brands.
Key Responsibilities- Campaign Setup & Automation: Build and launch email campaigns and automated workflows inside Customer.io based on provided briefs, templates, and copy.
- A / B Testing: Set up A / B tests on subject lines, content, and CTAs to help optimise open rates and conversion rates.
- Email Localisation: Coordinate and implement localisation of email content across multiple languages supported by our products, using AI tools and localisation guidelines.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track email performance metrics (open rate, CTR, CVR, unsubscribe rate, etc.) using tools like Mixpanel and Customer.io. Compile weekly reports and flag trends or anomalies.
- Operational Support: Support the Marketing team with routine QA, list hygiene, tagging, and UTM tracking to ensure clean execution and data accuracy.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with designers, product teams, and data analysts to ensure campaigns are on-brand, accurate, and effective.
- Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in email marketing, CRM, digital marketing, or marketing operations.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Customer.io or similar tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Braze, etc.). Exposure to Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or other data tools is a plus. Basic understanding of A / B testing and segmentation.
- Language & Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Experience working with or localising multi-language content is a plus.
- Mindset & Soft Skills: Fast learner with a passion for email marketing. Detail-oriented and process-driven. Proactive attitude and ability to work independently. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

The CRM Email Assistant aims to define and manage the Email Communication Calendar on a global scale. Responsible for ensuring that our email communications are strategically planned, meticulously executed, and effectively optimized to engage our audience across various regions.
As part of the E-Business & CRM Team, the key responsibilities are :
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Email Communication Calendar that aligns with marketing objectives and customer segmentation strategies.
- Coordinate the end-to-end execution of email campaigns, including scheduling, segmentation, deployment, and tracking of performance metrics.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and copywriters to ensure that email content is aligned with brand guidelines.
- Implement audience segmentation strategies to personalize email content and maximize engagement and conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze email performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations, LVMH best practices, and industry standards.
- Work closely with Retail, marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
- Conduct A/B tests and multivariate tests to optimize email content and improve campaign performance.
- Maintain documentation (email campaigns, including campaign briefs, performance reports, and post-campaign analysis) to facilitate knowledge sharing and future campaign planning.
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive competitive advantage.
Profile- Good experience in email marketing, preferably in a global or multi-national organization.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, or HubSpot.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English, additional languages are a plus.
