Cosa fa la struttura di IT Architecture

La struttura di IT Architecture lavora all'interno della IT Area a riporto diretto del Chief Information Officer (CIO) di BNL, con l'obiettivo di definire le roadmap evolutive e le Blueprint delle architetture IT e di assicurare la definizione di soluzioni IT a supporto delle iniziative di business e IT.

Si relaziona con le Enterprise Architecture del Gruppo BNP Paribas per la condivisione delle strategie IT di Gruppo e la definizione di blueprint BNL coerenti e sinergiche. Collabora con le Architetture Tecniche BNL per la condivisione delle soluzioni tecnologiche standard di Gruppo e specifiche di BNL disponibili per la definizione delle soluzioni IT.

Collabora con le Tribe di business per l’analisi delle iniziative progettuali con l’obiettivo di definire le architetture IT più efficienti ed efficaci nel rispetto degli standard di Gruppo e di BNL assicurando la definizione e l’aggiornamento dei modelli funzionali e applicativi dei processi di business e delle applicazioni IT.

Cosa farai concretamente?

• Contribuirai alla definizione e all’aggiornamento delle strategie e delle Blueprint di IT Enterprise Architecture di BNL
• Collaborerai con le IT Architecture del Gruppo di BNP Paribas per l’adozione nelle Enterprise Architecture BNL delle strategie e delle regole di Gruppo
• Analizzerai e valuterai le soluzioni tecnologiche esistenti e nuove per identificarne le caratteristiche di scalabilità, sicurezza e performance per adottarle nella definizione delle soluzioni IT
• Analizzerai e valuterai le esigenze delle singole iniziative di business con l’obiettivo di definire le migliori soluzioni IT nel rispetto delle strategie BNL e di Gruppo

Il/la candidato/a ideale:

• Ha capacità di visione strategica e di sintesi
• Ha ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative
• E’ orientamento al risultato anche in situazioni di alta complessità e pressione
• Esercita una leadership tecnica e ha capacità di influenzare le decisioni
• Si adatta velocemente alle situazioni dinamiche ed è sempre proattivo nel proporre soluzioni in contesti complessi e regolamentati
• Conosce la lingua inglese (almeno livello B2)
• Conosce la lingua francese (titolo preferenziale)

Il/la candidato/a ideale ha:

• conseguito una laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria o discipline STEM
• almeno 3 anni di esperienza nel ruolo di IT Enterprise Architect o IT Functional & Application Architect
• almeno 5 anni di esperienza nell’IT di una azienda del settore finanziario preferibilmente bancario
• una comprovata esperienza nella gestione di progetti IT, di iniziative cross-funzionali con stakeholder sia IT che di business e di progetti di trasformazione digitale
• un’ottima capacità di disegno di soluzioni IT complesse e di integrazione fra sistemi eterogenei
• la conoscenza dei principali modelli architetturali quali architettura a microservizi e Event-drive Architecture
• la conoscenza approfondita del framework di Enterprise Architecture TOGAF (preferibilmente con certificazione) e del linguaggio di modellazione Archimate
• un background tecnico solido con conoscenza delle infrastrutture IT, del Cloud, delle soluzioni per la gestione e l’integrazione dei dati e delle soluzioni di monitoraggio e osservabilità applicazioni e processi di business
• la certificazione TOGAF e Archimate (non obbligatoria) e la conoscenza della regolamentazione DORA
