Project Manager – Europe (Bilingual: English & French or German)

Location: Europe Region (Remote)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to join our European team. This role is pivotal in managing complex documentation, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. You will serve as a key liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders, driving project success through strategic planning and effective communication.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintain complex files and document management systems, and work with project teams to release for company products (drug substance and drug product)
• Maintain organized and accurate record of all product’s specific documents and correspondence with partners, vendors, customers, contract labs, etc.
• Continuously monitor the progress of assigned projects and communicate timelines to senior leadership and executive staff.
• Create and use Gantt charts, spreadsheets, or other appropriate tools to manage projects.
• Focuses on proactive planning to manage risk, remove barriers, and meet goals.
• Facilitates meetings and keep them effective by defining concise agenda, acting as a timekeeper, summarizing action items and maintaining records
• Support quality and regulatory affairs when needed. To include, assist in the preparation of the site for customer and agency inspections.
• Facilitate resolution of issues/concerns/problems with internal and external partners.
• Serve as customer liaison between internal departments and customers

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and organizational skills. The successful candidate must be able to work on multiple projects with a minimum of supervision and meet established timelines.
• Qualified candidate should have a BS/BA in chemistry or life science.
• Computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, SQL, etc. are required.
• Familiarity with both CFR 21 and ICH guidelines in regards to GMPs’ is desirable.
• Must possess strong interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work in a team and independently.
• You must be fully bilingual. Fully fluent in English and French or German.

Il gruppo Tuccillo ricerca un Direttore di Cantiere per la gestione di una commessa nel comune di NAPOLI

La figura risponderà direttamente al Direttore Tecnico

Responsabilità:

• Gestione del contratto, coordinando e pianificando l’intera esecuzione della commessa garantendo il rispetto di tempi, costi e qualità;
• Pianificazione dei lavori;
• Budget & Cost Control;
• Affiancamento ai progettisti;
• Verifica della corretta documentazione predisposta;
• Predisporre e monitorare il Budget di commessa, Computi Metrici e Cronoprogrammi, supervisionando l’attività di cost control;
• Predisporre il piano di approvvigionamento e interfacciarsi con i fornitori;
• Coordinarsi con Committente, Direzione Lavori e Progettisti per la risoluzione di eventuali criticità;
• Verificare mensilmente gli Stati Avanzamento Lavori (SAL) attivi e passivi in cooperazione con il responsabile contabilità
• Interfacciarsi con enti esterni per la risoluzione di interferenze;
• Pianificare e monitorare l’andamento dei lavori in collaborazione con eventuali capicantiere e/o responsabili delle imprese subappaltatrici e provvedere alla gestione della/e commesse affidategli;
• Verificare costantemente la conformità delle opere rispetto a progetto, contratto e capitolato;
• Gestire le maestranze dirette e subappaltatori, garantendo il corretto avanzamento delle lavorazioni;
• Curare i Rapporti con i fornitori e Subappaltatori gestire le RDO e redigere o verificare i confronti offerte in cooperazione con l'assistente di cantiere;
• Monitorare il rispetto delle normative sulla sicurezza e predisporre la relativa documentazione;
• Gestire e ottimizzare la logistica di cantiere.
• Gestione delle polizze richieste.

Requisiti:

• Diploma di Geometra e/o Laurea in Ingegneria o Architettura;
• Esperienza di almeno 10 anni nella gestione di cantieri complessi di lavori pubblici
• Eccellenti capacità di problem solving, leadership e gestione del team;
• Ottima conoscenza e utilizzo di Excel;
• Buona conoscenza di Primus e Microsoft Project;
• Eccellenti capacità di problem solving, leadership e gestione del team;
• Proattività, affidabilità e forte orientamento al risultato;
• Conoscenza delle procedure per la gestione delle varianti e formulazione di nuovi prezzi;

Bidding:

• Provide the evaluation of hours and other costs related to the Project Management execution activities together with an evaluation of related risks

Technical Skills

• Master Degree in Engineering

• Managed Projects above 1M€ in budget or managed Multiple Projects for a cumulative Budget above 5M€
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Proficient knowledge of Office Tools
• Knowledge of Primavera, MS Project, or similar

What You’ll Be Doing

As Project Manager, you’ll oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of marine survey projects. This includes:

• Leading projects involving construction support, UXO, cable routes, towed geophysical and ROV surveys
• Managing client relationships and project schedules, ensuring expectations are met and issues resolved
• Defining scopes of work in collaboration with our commercial and technical teams
• Monitoring project performance across budget, timeline, and QHSE compliance
• Preparing project documentation including procedures, quality plans, and QHSE reports
• Coordinating with Party Chiefs, offshore teams, and external suppliers
• Attending and contributing to project kick-offs, closeouts, and lessons-learned sessions
• Handling purchase orders, invoicing, and budget approvals

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing offshore or marine survey projects
• Strong understanding of geophysical and/or geotechnical survey operations
• Ability to manage multi-disciplinary, multicultural project teams
