The high-performing Global Business Solutions Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization is essential to enabling TikTok's advertising business growth. We partner with business leaders in strategy setting, data analytics, sales & client incentive policy-making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally.
The Strategy Manager will join the Global Monetization Strategy & Operations team in Southern Europe. This organized and efficient professional must be flexible and able to wear multiple hats while working closely with cross-functional teams and prioritizing team needs. This role focuses on Strategy, Reporting, Projects, and Research. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify potential improvements and proactively develop solutions to enhance processes.
Responsibilities- Develop yearly and quarterly commercial strategies, including revenue goals, strategic initiatives (what), and tactics (how).
- Drive reporting & analytics: create dashboards and insightful reports, and recommend actionable solutions to foster business growth.
- Conceptualize and implement regional projects, such as identifying areas for improvement and leading change initiatives to generate impact.
- Conduct research and market sizing of industries, business models, products, and customers, deriving actionable recommendations.
- Partner closely with SEU senior and mid-management and collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate their perspectives.
- Experience in top-tier consulting or high-growth companies; experience in digital business models, media, and digital advertising is a plus.
- Self-starter with the ability to deliver goals with minimal supervision, strong time management skills, and adaptability to changing environments.
- Comfort with ambiguity and working in a cross-cultural environment; quick learner capable of developing in-depth industry knowledge.
- Structured thinker capable of addressing complex problems and developing pragmatic, impactful solutions.
- Ability to drive stakeholder decisions, defend unpopular opinions, and moderate differing viewpoints.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in top tier consulting or high growth company. Experience in digital business models, media and digital advertising are a plus
- Self-starter capable of delivering on goals with minimal supervision incl. strong time management skills and adaptability to a changing enviroment
- Comfort with ambiguity and cross-cultural environment as well as fast learner to develop in-depth knowledge and understanding of unknown industries
Preferred Qualifications:
- Structured thinking to cut through complex problems and develop stakeholder pragmatic and impactful solutions
- Ability to drive stakeholders to decision and to also defend unpopular opinions as well as moderate between opinions
- Fluent English and Italian or Spanish skills are required as well as compelling communication (verbal and written) as this role will be working with local stakeholders

What’s ‘In-Store’? - Role Overview We are seeking a Business Analyst with solid experience in the retail sector to act as a critical link between business needs and Toshiba’s technology solutions, supporting both digital and in-store operations. The ideal candidate will have an existing understanding of end-to-end retail processes, spanning both front-end customer experience and back-end operations. They will be adept at translating and communicating complex business requirements into clear, actionable specifications, and bring hands-on experience with store operations to help optimise workflows and support digital transformation at the retail level. This role requires a strategic thinker with a practical mindset—someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, collaborates confidently across teams, and is passionate about driving innovation and continuous improvement in the retail space.
Responsibilities- Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders across retail, technology, and commercial functions to understand operational challenges.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, process flows, or functional specifications for development teams and third-party partners.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of cash flow, inventory, promotions, and the customer journey to shape practical, effective retail solutions and optimise retail processes.
- Analyse and model existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement using lean principles and process modelling tools (e.g. BPMN, UML).
- Support the design, development and delivery of technology projects across store systems, POS, supply chain, and digital platforms.
- Provide input into project planning and delivery timelines; help ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and to specification.
- Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation and support materials for internal teams and clients.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure proposed solutions align with both business goals and technical constraints.

What’s ‘In-Store’? - Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Analyst with solid experience in the retail sector to act as a critical link between business needs and Toshiba’s technology solutions, supporting both digital and in-store operations.
The ideal candidate will have an existing understanding of end-to-end retail processes, spanning both front-end customer experience and back-end operations. They will be adept at translating and communicating complex business requirements into clear, actionable specifications, and bring hands-on experience with store operations to help optimise workflows and support digital transformation at the retail level.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a practical mindset—someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, collaborates confidently across teams, and is passionate about driving innovation and continuous improvement in the retail space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders across retail, technology, and commercial functions to understand operational challenges.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, process flows, or functional specifications for development teams and third-party partners.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of cash flow, inventory, promotions, and the customer journey to shape practical, effective retail solutions and optimise retail processes.
- Analyse and model existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement using lean principles and process modelling tools (e.g. BPMN, UML).
- Support the design, development and delivery of technology projects across store systems, POS, supply chain, and digital platforms.
- Provide input into project planning and delivery timelines; help ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and to specification.
- Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation and support materials for internal teams and clients.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure proposed solutions align with both business goals and technical constraints.
***The successful candidate will travel to regional customer sites (50%) and should therefore be comfortable commuting as required to meet business needs and objectives***

Skills & Experience
- Experience as a Business Analyst in retail, omnichannel, or e-commerce
- Knowledge of store operations, Point of Sale, promotions, inventory, and customer journey
- Familiarity with systems like ERP, CRM, and e-commerce platforms
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficient with process modeling and data analysis tools like Jira, Confluence, Power BI, BPMN, UML
- Hands-on, analytical, and proactive approach
