Overview
Balich Wonder Studio is seeking a multidisciplinary Creative Director to lead the ideation, development, and execution of exceptional live experiences. This role is pivotal in shaping and delivering original creative concepts across a wide range of formats—from traditional shows and ceremonies to immersive destinations, multimedia installations, and architectural storytelling.
As a Creative Director, you will guide the full lifecycle of projects—from early concept through production—ensuring the highest standards of artistic vision, storytelling, and cultural relevance. Creative Leadership- Lead the creative direction of assigned projects, from ideation to delivery.

- Contribute to building and maintaining relationships with external creative partners.
- Support other Creative Directors in the development of concepts and presentations.
- Provide research, copywriting, references, and design inputs as needed.
- Facilitate seamless collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ensure creative resources are effectively activated and aligned with project goals.
Ideal Profile:
- Background in one or more of the following: stage direction, immersive storytelling, art direction, theatre, multimedia, experience design or branded entertainment.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; experience in live entertainment or experience-based projects is essential.
- Ability to lead both high-level creative vision and hands-on execution.
- Experience in production phases of live entertainment is strongly preferred.
- Passionate about design, storytelling, and creating emotionally resonant experiences.
- Strong visual sensibility and understanding of art direction and spatial design.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; confident presenter.
- Excellent collaborator, able to work across disciplines and cultures.

**About This Role**:
We are looking to bring a seasoned designer and design manager with an executive vision into the company to oversee the quality and development of the creative content our creative team produces (i.e. videographers, designers, photographers).
**We produce**:
Longform product infographics with a combination of text, images, and graphics for Amazon listings (known as A+ content)
Product photosets and edited final infographic image sets for Amazon listings.
Product videos (studio and lifestyle) with text overlays, music and/or narration for Amazon Listings

The purpose of this role is to ensure that all works produced by our team in the categories above meet our high-quality standards, and follow our best practices to deliver the highest quality content to our customers.
You will create a strategy and oversee the production of this creative content by our team of creatives (photographers and designers) and ensure standardized delivery before approving the content for delivery to the final customer.
You will also be responsible for continuously developing our design philosophy surrounding all of our content production services. You will be the creative beating heart of our team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensuring that all content created by our creative team is checked for quality before being sent to clients. Providing feedback to creatives when necessary both to fix individual projects and to improve the creative team’s performance over time and improve the consistency and quality of their work.
- Directly making design edits and changes to infographics and images when needed.
- Coaching and training new creatives that join the team with our training materials to get them up to speed and integrated into our company (primarily designers, but also videographers and photographers)
- Managing and continuously updating our training materials and onboarding documents for the training of new creatives
- Creating project briefs for creatives for product photo sets, product videos and product infographics by having a deep knowledge of the competitors' creative direction, planning, and preparing a strategic developmental plan for creating the agency's content strategies
- Constantly evolving our school of thought surrounding how to create high converting content for Amazon listings. Being plugged into Amazon seller groups and communities, new training, podcasts, etc to constantly evolve 'Our Way' of producing the best possible content.
- Leadership and client-facing abilities
- Taking important decisions that ensure the organizational profitability without compromising the creative quality of the projects and taking accountability for delays with explaining the strategy to an account manager.
