NAM Agenzia per il lavoro filiale di Monza cerca un Addetto alle Risorse Umane per un'importante azienda cliente del territorio. Questo ruolo è cruciale per garantire che le politiche e le pratiche HR siano allineate con gli obiettivi strategici dell'azienda, promuovendo un ambiente di lavoro positivo e produttivo. Le principali responsabilità includono:
1. Gestire il processo di reclutamento e selezione: pubblicazione degli annunci, visualizzazione dei cv, conduzione dei colloqui, sia in presenza che in video, test attitudinali e selezione finale dei candidati.
2. Coordinare l'onboarding dei nuovi assunti, assicurando un'integrazione efficace e tempestiva nel team aziendale.
3. Monitorare e gestire le pratiche amministrative relative al personale, quali contratti, proroghe, buste paga e documentazione legale.
4. Sviluppare e implementare programmi di formazione e sviluppo per migliorare le competenze e le performance dei dipendenti.
5. Fornire supporto e consulenza ai manager e ai dipendenti su questioni relative alle risorse umane, come la gestione delle performance e la risoluzione dei conflitti.
6. Collaborare con il team dirigenziale per sviluppare strategie HR che supportino la crescita e l'innovazione aziendale.
Requisiti Necessari:
- Laurea in Risorse Umane, Psicologia, Economia o discipline affini.
- Esperienza pregressa di almeno 3 anni in un ruolo simile.
- Conoscenza approfondita delle normative del lavoro italiane.
- Competenze avanzate nell'uso di software HR e sistemi di gestione del personale.
- Ottime capacità comunicative e organizzative.

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and hands-on HR Manager to lead and develop HR functions within a fast-growing, international EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) company operating in the solar energy sector. The ideal candidate has a solid background in Energy companies or (preferably) Photovoltaic EPC environments and is passionate about people, sustainability, and supporting organizational growth through talent development, compliance, and operational excellence. The HR Manager will provide HR Support to Enerland Italy for the full lifecycle of the employee to include recruitment, performance management, renumeration and reward, learning and development, employee relations, wellbeing, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment – Sourcing excellent talent, conducting interviews, managing the offer stage etc.
- Onboarding – Designing, implementing and managing an engaging onboarding process.
- Performance Management – Ensuring the probation period is effectively utilised and working with managers to ensure the performance review process is adhered to.
- Learning and Development – Ensuring that employees are supported to develop their skills, knowledge and abilities through training and further education.
- Employee Relations – Promoting positive relations, implementing engagement initiatives, and supporting managers and employees to resolve issues in a proactive and pragmatic manner.
- Renumeration & Reward – Coordinate the renumeration and reward processes.
- Policies and Procedures – Develop, update and implement internal policies and procedures in compliance with the Group HR strategy, local legislation and best practice.
- Design and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and company values.
- Partner with Country Managers and Project Directors to support HR operations across project sites and headquarters.
- Foster a company culture focused on sustainability, safety, diversity, and inclusion.
- Supervise payroll processes, fleet management, employment contracts, and labor relations where applicable aligned and in collaboration with the external labor agency.
- Support global expansion efforts and manage international assignments and mobility programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a managerial HR role, mandatory in solar energy , preferably in EPC company.
- Fully proficiency in English (written and spoken);
Spanish is a plus - In-depth knowledge of local and international labor regulations.
- Experience working in multicultural and matrixed organizations.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and resilience in fast-paced environments.
- Willingness to travel frequently, including to project sites.
