RequisitiIl/La Candidato/a ideale possiede una Laurea Magistrale in Psicologia del Lavoro, Economia o Giurisprudenza e ha maturato un’esperienza pregressa di almeno 5 anni in ruoli analoghi all’interno dell’Ufficio HR di un’azienda strutturata, con particolare riferimento alle attività di Ricerca e Selezione di figure altamente specializzate in ambito ingegneristico.
Ruolo e responsabilità- Ricerca e selezione di profili ingegneristici e non attraverso i principali canali di reclutamento;
- Svolgimento e conduzione diretta dei colloqui di selezione in stretta sinergia con i Business Development Manager;
- Gestione in autonomia dei rapporti con i principali Job Placement universitari;
- Coordinamento operativo del Team di Talent Acquisition e dell’intero processo di selezione al fine di garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi generali di Business;
- Collaborazione e interfaccia diretta con i Business Development Manager e i Responsabili di Funzione nel supportare nella pianificazione strategica delle risorse, dei fabbisogni e della struttura organizzativa;
- Gestione e monitoraggio del corretto avanzamento di tutte le fasi di avanzamento dell’iter di selezione;
- Analisi dei KPI di Talent Acquisition e relativa reportistica per monitorare l’efficacia delle azioni intraprese;
- Promozione e sviluppo di strategie utili al potenziamento operativo delle attività di Talent Acquisition;
- Contributo attivo nell’ottimizzazione dei processi di Talent Acquisition.
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);
- Ottima conoscenza dei principali canali di reclutamento (Linkedin, Almalaurea);
- Predisposizione alla collaborazione e al lavoro in team;
- Coordinamento operativo e organizzativo di risorse;
- Orientamento all’obiettivo, buone capacità di problem solving e proattività;
- Elevate capacità di comunicazione e leadership;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

Per ampliamento del nostro Team HR, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Senior HR Business Partner con esperienza consolidata in contesti consulenziali e tecnico-ingegneristici, in grado di supportare il team di Gestione del Personale in diverse aree operative. Requisiti:
