PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Leads the focus market cross-BU UniOps digitisation plan, business deployment. Leads cross-functional teams to deliver digitally enabled outcomes on time and within budget, ensuring integration and embedment in the focus market for growth, savings, and operational effectiveness.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
- Accountable for the E2E UniOps plan for the market or country that cuts across business units and products
- Runs cross-BU prioritisation forum with the BU CDIOs for the region, to align on the plan
- Lead for business deployment of products in national or country scope, working closely with products to ensure outcome delivery
- Manages business deployment, optimises performance and mitigates risks
- Act as first point of contact / support for UniOps in the focus market, especially where limited BU roles are present
- Ensures operational continuity
- Accountable for local incident/crisis management, including cyber, privacy, regulatory, customer, other
- Ensures products receive feedback from market / country stakeholders and advocates for user centricity
- Oversees the integration of digital technologies into all areas of the business, improving operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Sits on the country leadership team if not covered by BU CDIO, and in the case of a regional setup, supports the senior most BU CDIO on the regional agenda requirements (ex: EU)
- Suggests opportunities for leverage of AI and Automation to drive productivity, growth or operational effectiveness

About the role
Reporting to the VPGrowth, you will manage Photoroom’s paid acquisition budget — an eight‑figure budget across Meta, AppleAds, Google / YouTube, TikTok, programmatic DSPs and future potential offline activities.
About You
- Seasoned Performance Marketer: relevant candidate usually tends to have 7+years driving mobile and web UA with ownership of a ≥$25M yearly budget. That said, people learn and develop at different pace, so we hire based on skills, experience, and the impact they can have at Photoroom
- Subscription‑Model Expert: You’ve held the CAC→payback→renewal dial successfully in at least one freemium‑to‑paid product.
- Hands‑on Operator: Even as a leader, you log into ad platforms weekly and launch campaigns end‑to‑end yourself. You’re not afraid of building prototype and leverage AI to improve your productivity.
- Measurement fanatic: Fluent in SQL, Looker, Amplitude (or similar); you design A/B tests, lift studies, do not believe in a single attribution method, triangulate learnings, and then act on the findings. You’re our measurement guru and can coach other marketing and growth team members on their channels.
- Smart process builder: You understand managing a $25m budget requires processes, but you introduce them to remove actual pain points.

Désordre, operante nel settore del Luxury Second Hand, ricerca per il proprio punto vendita di Roma una risorsa da inserire nel ruolo di ADDETTA VENDITA E MARKETING . Il ruolo prevede:
- vendita in negozio e gestione vendite online,
- gestione arrivo merci,
- stoccaggio, registrazione e spedizioni,
- attività di marketing.
Ricerchiamo una figura che abbia già capacità nella gestione delle vendite online, pubblicazione di articoli su piattaforme di vendita online di beni di lusso, e gestione di piattaforme e-commerce.
La risorsa dovrà anche gestire le vendite all'interno del punto vendita. Gli orari di lavoro si svolgono su turni AM/PM in modalità spezzata, in quanto lo store effettua chiusura durante la pausa pranzo. È gradita esperienza nel settore del lusso.
Richiesta ottima padronanza della lingua inglese. Sono richieste buone capacità di utilizzo di strumenti informatici (computer).
