La figura ricercata sarà inserito nell'area pianificazione eparteciperà a progetti di consulenza strategica per i clienti occupandosi di:
- Esecuzione in autonomia di piani economici e finanziari,anche parametrici, inerenti società, attività, investimenti e valutazioniconnesse
- Valutazione di complessi societari, aziende e rami d'azienda
- Analisi e reportistica per la direzione
Requisiti richiesti:
- Laurea specialistica in Economia aziendale, Finanza oIngegneria gestionale.
- Esperienza di 2-3 anni nel ruolo
- Ottima padronanza di Excel
Prevista assunzione diretta a tempo indeterminato; la retribuzionesarà commisurata all'esperienza acquisita.

We are looking for a driven, target focused Senior Business Development Executive to sell into Southern Europe and France largest companies.
As a Senior Business Development Executive within the Global Shares team at JPMorgan Chase, you will be instrumental in expanding our market presence and establishing strategic internal and external partnerships. You will have the opportunity to develop and close a pipeline of Workplace Solution opportunities in Southern Europe and France, leveraging our extensive banking relationships to establish senior level entry points into prospects. Your role will involve close collaboration with our product and marketing organizations, as well as our international counterparts, to ensure a complete solution for multinational corporations.
Job Responsibilities :
- Represent JPMorgan Chase, conducting first class business in a first class way to all prospects and customers
- Develop and close a pipeline of Workplace Solutions opportunities in Southern Europe and France on the Workplace solution
- Cultivate and maintain decision maker relationships within top prospects, focusing on HR departments, executives, and employee stock plan administrators
- Generate strategic, long-term close plans for prospects. Rally internal business partners to partner throughout the sales process.
- Leverage our extensive banking relationships to establish senior level entry points into prospects
- Represent sales efforts to senior executives at JP Morgan. Leverage senior executives where appropriate to assist in deal progression and closing.
- Lead prospect negotiations and align with JP Morgan legal and compliance organizations to ensure a successful closing
- Work closely with our product organization to represent the needs of large, enterprise scale prospects
- Team with our marketing organization on events and account based marketing plans for target prospects
- Collaborate with international counterparts to ensure a complete solution for multinational corporations
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities :
- 10 years sales or CRM experience in equity compensation
- Experience working with C-suite in major European companies
- Demonstrable track record closing business with major European companies
- Excellent communication skills in English, Spanish, Italian and French
- Proven numeric, financial analysis, documentation and procedural skills required
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word
- Demonstrate commercial acumen with an ability to be innovative & pro-active
- Ability to prioritize and adhere to tight deadlines
