La risorsa dovrà coordinare la governance delle progettualità inerenti l'implementazione e la parametrizzazione della soluzione TeamSystem HR All-in-One. Inoltre dovrà essere in grado di guidare proattivamente i clienti nel miglioramento dei loro processi HR e raggiungere gli obiettivi di progetto, in termini di tempi, costi e soddisfazione del cliente.

1. Diploma o laurea in discipline informatiche, scientifiche o economiche;
2. Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nel ruolo maturati preferibilmente in contesti aziendali complessi e strutturati;
3. Approfondita conoscenza dei principali processi gestiti dai moduli HR;
4. Buona conoscenza della Lingua Inglese;
5. Forte motivazione al ruolo, passione per il mondo ICT con particolare riguardo al settore delle nuove tecnologie e alla Digital Trasformation;
6. Spiccate doti relazionali, dinamismo, leadership, flessibilità, ottima capacità di analisi ed ascolto, attitudine al lavoro in team e per obiettivi;
7. Capacità di instaurare con il cliente un rapporto di fiducia;
8. Passione per le tematiche HR.
