Descrizione del lavoro: La figura professionale ricercata di Recruiter , inserita all'interno del proprio team di lavoro e in stretta collaborazione con gli altri componenti della squadra, si occuperà di gestire le attività di Reclutamento e Selezione del personale contribuendo attivamente al raggiungimento degli obiettivi definiti con la Direzione e concordati con il proprio gruppo di lavoro.
La figura professionale ricercata di Specialista di Ricerca e Selezione del personale , opererà in un contesto operativo dinamico e flessibile, che mette a disposizione le soluzioni tecnologiche più evolute per il recruiting e che, contemporaneamente, sostiene un approccio People Oriented .
All'interno della nostra struttura organizzativa, agile e non stratificata, la figura professionale di Recruiter, si occuperà delle seguenti attività, organizzando con un alto grado di autonomia il proprio lavoro e utilizzando gli strumenti più innovativi:
- Analisi Job Description , Colloqui di selezione, valutazione e stesura Dossier dei Candidati
- Attivazione dei canali di reclutamento, pubblicazione degli annunci di lavoro, screening dei Curricula, valutazione delle competenze
- Gestione in autonomia delle ricerche di personale affidate ed eventuali attività di testing con utilizzo software innovativi
- Ricerca e Selezione del personale
- Contatti con enti esterni, sviluppo di nuove collaborazioni (scuole, Università, Comuni, etc.) e partecipazione a eventuali eventi
- Rapporti con le aziende clienti, consulenza nelle tematiche di selezione e gestione del rapporto di lavoro
- Gestione dei lavoratori e supporto nelle attività di amministrazione del personale
Competenze richieste: i requisiti richiesti per lo svolgimento del ruolo di Recruiter sono:
- Esperienza nella selezione del personale maturata presso agenzia per il lavoro
- Predisposizione al contatto con il pubblico e alle relazioni interpersonali
- Attitudine al lavoro per obiettivi
Completano il profilo : Passione per il mondo delle Risorse Umane , carattere indipendente, desiderio di mettersi in gioco e di impostare da protagonista la propria attività professionale.

The ideal candidate has a solid background in Energy companies or (preferably) Photovoltaic EPC environments and is passionate about people, sustainability, and supporting organizational growth through talent development, compliance, and operational excellence. The HR Manager will provide HR Support to Enerland Italy for the full lifecycle of the employee to include recruitment, performance management, renumeration and reward, learning and development, employee relations, wellbeing, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment – Sourcing excellent talent, conducting interviews, managing the offer stage etc.
- Onboarding – Designing, implementing and managing an engaging onboarding process.
- Performance Management – Ensuring the probation period is effectively utilised and working with managers to ensure the performance review process is adhered to.
- Learning and Development – Ensuring that employees are supported to develop their skills, knowledge and abilities through training and further education.
- Employee Relations – Promoting positive relations, implementing engagement initiatives, and supporting managers and employees to resolve issues in a proactive and pragmatic manner.
- Renumeration & Reward – Coordinate the renumeration and reward processes.
- Policies and Procedures – Develop, update and implement internal policies and procedures in compliance with the Group HR strategy, local legislation and best practice.
- Design and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and company values.
- Partner with Country Managers and Project Directors to support HR operations across project sites and headquarters.
- Foster a company culture focused on sustainability, safety, diversity, and inclusion.
- Supervise payroll processes, fleet management, employment contracts, and labor relations where applicable aligned and in collaboration with the external labor agency.

We are currently looking for a HR Manager to play a pivotal role both in the HR affairs of the company and external labor agencies. He will be part of our Italian subsidiary.

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and hands-on HR Manager to lead and develop HR functions within a fast-growing, international EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) company operating in the solar energy sector. The ideal candidate has a solid background in Energy companies or (preferably) Photovoltaic EPC environments and is passionate about people, sustainability, and supporting organizational growth through talent development, compliance, and operational excellence. The HR Manager will provide HR Support to Enerland Italy for the full lifecycle of the employee to include recruitment, performance management, renumeration and reward, learning and development, employee relations, wellbeing, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment – Sourcing excellent talent, conducting interviews, managing the offer stage etc.
- Onboarding – Designing, implementing and managing an engaging onboarding process.
- Performance Management – Ensuring the probation period is effectively utilised and working with managers to ensure the performance review process is adhered to.
- Learning and Development – Ensuring that employees are supported to develop their skills, knowledge and abilities through training and further education.
- Employee Relations – Promoting positive relations, implementing engagement initiatives, and supporting managers and employees to resolve issues in a proactive and pragmatic manner.
- Renumeration & Reward – Coordinate the renumeration and reward processes.
- Policies and Procedures – Develop, update and implement internal policies and procedures in compliance with the Group HR strategy, local legislation and best practice.
- Design and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and company values.
- Partner with Country Managers and Project Directors to support HR operations across project sites and headquarters.
- Foster a company culture focused on sustainability, safety, diversity, and inclusion.
- Supervise payroll processes, fleet management, employment contracts, and labor relations where applicable aligned and in collaboration with the external labor agency.
- Support global expansion efforts and manage international assignments and mobility programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a managerial HR role, mandatory in solar energy, preferably in EPC company.
- Fully proficiency in English (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus
- In-depth knowledge of local and international labor regulations.
- Experience working in multicultural and matrixed organizations.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and resilience in fast-paced environments.
- Willingness to travel frequently, including to project sites.
