Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Dalmine, Italay for a Sales Assistant. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for assisting customers, managing sales transactions, maintaining store organization, and providing excellent customer service. Other daily tasks include ensuring product displays are appealing, answering customer inquiries, and supporting the sales team with any additional tasks as needed.

La risorsa sarà coinvolta attivamente nella relazione con una clientela esigente e raffinata, sia locale che internazionale, contribuendo allo sviluppo del business e della clientela in boutique.
Cerchiamo una persona che abbia maturato un’esperienza di 2-4 anni nella vendita assistita in contesti di alta gamma, con forte motivazione a crescere all’interno del mondo del lusso. Principali attività e mansioni:
- Accompagnare il cliente in un’esperienza di acquisto su misura, attraverso un servizio attento, elegante e personalizzato
- Sviluppare e consolidare relazioni di fiducia con clienti locali e internazionali
- Contribuire allo sviluppo della clientela attraverso attività di clienteling e follow-up mirati
- Gestire le fasi post-vendita e gli ordini speciali, con cura e precisione
- Supportare il team nella gestione della collezione in boutique, dal riassortimento alla disposizione visiva
- Offrire feedback costante su prodotto e richieste emergenti della clientela, partecipando a un processo di analisi e miglioramento continuo

Requisiti richiesti:
- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo, preferibilmente nel settore lusso
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (una seconda lingua sarà considerata un plus)
- Attitudine positiva, capacità relazionali e comunicative eccellenti
- Spiccato senso estetico, precisione e cura del dettaglio
- Disponibilità a lavorare su turni, compresi weekend e festivi
