• Progettazione di interfacce web e mobile moderne, coerenti, responsive e ad alto impatto visivo.
• Creazione di layout grafici per prodotti digitali, presentazioni, landing page e ambienti digitali multicanale.
• Sviluppo di prototipi interattivi e user flow funzionali.
• Cura della coerenza visiva e applicazione dei principi di design system.
• Collaborazione continua con il team di sviluppo, comunicazione e project management per l’implementazione dei progetti.

• Esperienza comprovata nel ruolo di UI/UX Designer con forti competenze grafiche.
• Ottima padronanza dei principali software di design: Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Conoscenza dei principi di user experience, accessibilità e responsive design.

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, specifically focused on SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, or digital products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work on platform UX , highlighting problem-solving skills, user research, and design execution.

Gross annual salaries are determined based on experience, ranging €30,000 /year for mid to 35,000 /year for senior roles.

We currently have a vacancy for a User Experience Expert, fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Ispra, Italy. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Your tasks

• Manage the implementation of the project to meet identified needs, acquiring and using the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality;
• Give proposals for project strategies, planning, definition of tasks and deliverables, review of project deliverables, quality control, risk analysis and management, status reports, problem reporting and management systems, follow up and organization;
• Guide the expert pool and review their deliverables;
• Participate in working groups and progress meetings;
• Estimate timescales and resource requirements for the successful completion of the project to agreed terms of reference;
• Prepare and maintain project and quality plans and track activities against the plan, provide regular and accurate reports;
• Manage the change control procedure gaining agreement for revisions to the project.

Minimum Requirements

• Master’s degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 17 years of relevant working experience in IT;
• Experience with reporting methods;
• Experience with EU Policy Research on Children online safety, privacy and security;
• Good knowledge of children-centric design and recommender systems;
• Good knowledge of project management standards and methodologies (Project Scheduling, Strategic Planning, Forecasting, Performance Tracking);
• Good knowledge of project management tools, e.g. MS Project, Microsoft Excel;
• Excellent command of the English language.

• Esperienza in CRO (A/B testing, multivariati, funnel analysis)
• Padronanza di strumenti di UX Analytics (Hotjar, Clarity, Contentsquare, GA4)

Le attività verranno svolte in modalità full remote.

Compensation: la compensazione economica sarà valutata rispetto alla seniority e alle competenze del candidato (range di RAL di riferimento fino a 38.000 + ticket restaurant).

IL TUO RUOLO

Ricerchiamo uno UX/UI Designer per una nostra importante azienda partner fortemente innovativa che opera nel settore dell’automazione intralogistica avanzata , con soluzioni su misura basate su robotica mobile e intelligenza artificiale. L’ambiente è altamente tecnico, dinamico, e orientato all’eccellenza operativa.

Responsabilità:

• Analizzare i requisiti di progetto e trasformarli in wireframe, prototipi e interfacce utente complete e funzionali;
• Collaborare attivamente con product manager, analisti e sviluppatori per definire user flow e customer journey ottimali;
• Progettare componenti UI coerenti, riutilizzabili e conformi alle linee guida di design aziendali;
• Sviluppare prototipi interattivi ad alta fedeltà per testare e validare l’usabilità delle soluzioni proposte;
• Condurre test di usabilità e raccogliere feedback degli utenti per iterare e migliorare costantemente il design.

Requisiti:

• Esperienza di almeno 2 anni del medesimo ruolo;
• Padronanza di tool di design come Figma , Sketch , Adobe XD, InVision o simili;
• Conoscenza di principi di usabilità, accessibilità e design responsive;
• Capacità di creare wireframe , mockup e prototipi ad alta fedeltà;
• Conoscenza di base di HTML/CSS è un plus.
