Siamo alla ricerca di FACCHINI PER MAGAZZINO – SETTORE ABBIGLIAMENTO. La posizione è per un addetto al magazzino nel settore abbigliamento, con sede di lavoro a Scandicci. L'orario di lavoro è dal lunedì al venerdì, con turni giornalieri. Il contratto offerto è conforme al CCNL 1° livello multiservizi, comprensivo di tredicesima e quattordicesima mensilità.

Le principali responsabilità includono la gestione e organizzazione del magazzino, ricezione e controllo delle merci in entrata, preparazione degli ordini per la spedizione, mantenimento dell'ordine e della pulizia del magazzino. È necessario utilizzare strumenti e attrezzature per la movimentazione delle merci e collaborare con il team per garantire un flusso di lavoro efficiente.

È richiesta esperienza precedente in ruoli simili nel settore logistico o magazzino. Capacità di sollevare e spostare carichi pesanti in sicurezza. Conoscenza delle procedure di magazzino e delle norme di sicurezza. Abilità nell'uso di strumenti di gestione del magazzino, come scanner e software di inventario.

Position Overview

Under general direction of the FS Operations & Supply Chain Director, the Plant Director is responsible for all operations within the assigned facility, leading the operational direction of Manufacturing to assure Company delivers lowest possible cost, developing a culture of continuous improvement through process improvement and enhancing employee skills and capabilities. As a member of the EMEA SC FS Leadership Team, the Plant Manager participates with other Supply Chain Leaders in the overall planning, coordination and control of business initiatives and will be a critical leader of the Journey to Excellence (JTE); the integration of High Performance Work Systems (HPWS) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) into both the assigned facility and the broader Supply Chain Organization. The Plant Manager is accountable for the budget for all plant activities. He/she is also responsible for maintaining the physical site, equipment, materials and employee welfare. This is to be done in accordance with McCormick standards as well as local regulations. As Plant Director, he/she represents McCormick & Co Inc and as such is responsible to interface with the local community in a fashion consistent with company procedures, policies, guidelines and stated values.

Responsibilities

  • Prepares and submits annual expense and capital budgets, and operates within the approved budget for the plant.
  • Develop short and long range (5 years) facility and equipment plans to meet projections and goals of the business.
  • Identify, prioritize, plan, and direct the execution of operational related issues through Operations leaders (Operations Managers/Department Managers/Team Managers).
  • Analyze manufacturing performance and initiate actions to correct deviations from schedules, cost, and other factors;
  • Etablish and maintain comprehensive continuous improvement processes that maximize productivity, reliability, quality and safety while reducing inventory and waste.
  • Assure effective customer service and relations through timely delivery of quality product.
  • Create an empowered culture to ensure that organization and its people understand the goals and objectives of the business and that they have the resources and leadership support to accomplish them. Provide an environment which ensures and provides for open and healthy communications.
  • Selects and develops key leadership roles within the Plant to develop internal candidates for succession planning. Oversees that training programs are in place to develop skill levels of all employees in the organization.
  • Ensures strong relationships are developed and maintained with key customers and venders.
  • Develop and maintain strong functional relationships with Procurement, Planning, Finance, Logistics, Sales and Marketing, etc. to ensure new products are manufactured on time and in specifications to meet customer demand.
  • Assures compliance of all plant operations with organizational policies and procedures and national, regional and local regulations. Assures a safe working environment ensuring that all employees understand their role and commitment to the safe operation of the facility.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing facility, with a minimum of 7 years leading in a TPM or Lean manufacturing environment,
  • Track record of delivering budget performance and CCI targets,
  • Operationally savvy with a strong strategic orientation,
  • The position requires significant understanding of relationship between the Operations departments and their role in supporting the commercial goals for Consumer business,

Reporting to the QA Manager, the QA FS & QS Lead provides leadership at the Giotti Plant for the development, implementation, and administration of Food Safety, Food Defence, and Quality Systems programs to ensure product safety, integrity, and conformance with Customer, Divisional, Corporate, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include governance and proactive continuous improvements of Food Safety, Food Defence, and Quality Systems programs such as HACCP, cleaning, pest control, allergen management, foreign body controls, internal food safety inspections, non-conformance, and customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Ensure compliance with Corporate Quality Assurance Policies and customer satisfaction through governance and leadership in Food Safety, Food Defence, and Quality Systems programs, including HACCP, allergen management, foreign body controls, internal inspections, non-conformance, customer complaints, pest control, and fostering a quality culture.
  • Conduct routine reviews with the Factory Leadership Team.
  • Manage the Food Safety, Food Defence, and Quality Systems Training program to ensure all staff are trained and understand their roles.
  • Oversee internal FS & QS inspections and audits to meet customer and third-party accreditation requirements, leading continuous improvements and reporting monthly KPIs.
  • Manage external customer and third-party audits to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards, implementing continuous improvement plans.
  • Handle corrective action programs for internal and external audits, including communication with customers and suppliers.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and non-conformances, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Identify and implement improvements to prevent issues.
  • Publish monthly KPIs and trend data.
  • Attract, develop, and retain high-performing staff, setting performance standards, providing coaching, and managing employee relations.

Candidate profile :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology or equivalent.
  • Solid experience in the Food Industry, especially in QA management roles.
  • Experience with quality and food safety management systems and certifications such as ISO, HACCP, BRC, and IFS.
  • Extensive knowledge of HACCP, BRC auditing, GMPs, Quality Systems, and Hygiene.
  • Strong communication and diplomacy skills to guide and influence others.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, adaptable to change.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in relationship-building and negotiation.

Company description

Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) is a field data collection company founded in 2017 in Europe.We collect data where automation is not possible. We count features, take pictures, make videos, record speech, and scan areas for every detail you need to make more informed decisions. Our field data collection teams are spread across Europe and North America, ready to accept new challenges.

Project objective

The goal of the project is to help collect images of streets, main points of interest and public areas in the EU countries. The project is performed on cars with 360 removable cameras, that are mounted by the driver on top of the vehicle. Cameras image the area around the vehicle and store those images on computers inside the vehicle. Later, this data will be used to enhance one the most popular online maps in the world.

The data collectors will be given specific routes around public streets and areas, specifically targeting commercial districts and historical sites. Due to poor weather conditions some areas will be visited multiple times in order to collect the best quality of imaging. The project is expected to last from 3 to 6 months and will cover different data collection areas.

The ideal candidate enjoys driving, knows well the area, traffic trends, is highly responsible and reliable.

The schedule expected on the project is Monday-Friday, 8 hours/day 40 hours per week. Due to weather downtime, work on weekends is possible.


Requirements:
  • Must have a valid Driver Licence;
  • Good driving skills and clean driving record;Good physical condition;
  • Must be able to install the cameras on the roof of a vehicle (6 kg in weight and 1 metre in height);
  • Private monitored parking space for corporate vehicle would be a plus;
  • General car knowledge would be a plus;
  • Enjoys driving, within standard business hours;
  • Available for a minimum of 3 months;
  • Great communication and reporting skills;
  • Tech savvy (drivers will use Gmail, Google Forms, Google Meet and WhatsApp);
  • High level of responsibility;
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
