Overview
Job Summary: Medical Director-Associate Professor / Professor in the Division of Gynecologic Oncology, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Responsibilities- Clinical responsibilities: Maintain an active clinical practice in Gynecologic Oncology including medical and surgical management and chemotherapy. Assume leadership role in maintaining high quality services. Oversee Division schedules and workloads to ensure appropriate coverage for all practice sites. Act as resource to physicians in the department and in the community.
- Education responsibilities: Direct Gynecologic Oncology rotation for residents to meet CREOG requirements. Direct rotations for medical oncology fellows and fourth year medical students. Oversee Gyn Oncology Tumor Board and maintain CME certification. Provide formal didactic presentations for Grand Rounds and resident lecture series.
- Research responsibilities: Manage clinical research program including: maintain current grants; vet new clinical trials; oversee opening and closing of trials; supervise trial conduct ensuring protocol adherence and quality of data. Work with CRA staff on grant budgets and regulatory issues. Initiate and supervise local research projects. Mentor faculty, residents and students in conduct of clinical research. Serve as institutional PI for NRG Oncology cooperative trial group and GOG Partners trials.
- Administrative responsibilities: Work with Hospital and Departmental Administration on issues pertaining to division workload distribution, staffing, and quality. Assist with faculty and staff recruitment. Oversee implementation of clinical pathways and QI measures. Participate in Departmental, Hospital and University committees as appointed by the Chair of the Department. Oversee division faculty schedules.
- Additional leadership responsibilities: Lead the Gynecologic Oncology Program within the Upstate Cancer Center by actively participating in the Cancer Center Clinical Management and Operations Committee leading multidisciplinary cancer care models, quality improvement activities, operational excellence, and financial performance. Working with Cancer Center leadership, establish and achieve goals in Co-management model.
- Minimum Qualifications: Board certified in Gynecologic Oncology. Minimum 10 years experience. Strong leadership and organizational skills with practice management experience. Clinical expertise including radical and robotic surgery, chemotherapy and medical management of gynecologic cancers. Experience in directing funded clinical trials. Successful completion of investigator initiated research. Dedication to medical education; experience in direction of education programs preferred. Eligible for faculty appointment at the Associate or Professor level. Must have NPI and be eligible to participate with Medicare and Medicaid programs. Appointment contingent on obtaining and maintaining New York State medical license.
- Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Epic EMR.
Work Days: Monday-Friday with Rotating Weekends Holidays and Night Call Coverage

We are seeking a General Account Manager, based in Syracuse, NY . This position is an integral member of the Southeast Regions management team and will be directly responsible for leading commercial cleaning operations, janitorial services, landscaping, and snow removal to ensure all service commitments are fully met, and that the business exceeds budget and growth expectations. Duties Include:
- Ensure the development of long-term strategy as well as sound annual business plans to develop growth.
- Oversee daily operations and sales activity, budgets, and team personnel.
- Manage corporation expenses relating to cleaning services including delivery costs, labor costs, supplies, etc.
- Meet regularly with clients to ensure their satisfaction with current contract services and to identify their changing needs and requirements.
- Review service delivery and staffing reports to ensure identification of service and/or contract issues.
- Analyze processes and practices considering customer needs and service expectation.
- Meet with company leaders to evaluate location performance, understand opportunities to enhance service effectiveness, and to gain insight to regulatory trends that may impact the business.
- Understand all customer contract commitments and schedule services accordingly.
- Allocate resources appropriate for customer sites and maintain appropriate inventories of supplies.
- Meet regularly with Operations and Sales staff and with customers to monitor service delivery performance, identifying any deficiencies in delivery.
- Oversee the recruitment of cleaning staff, the training orientation of new staff and the continual development of new staff.
- Interaction with senior level managers and/or ownership of both current and potential clients to promote business.
- Other duties as needed by the company.
Qualifications:
- Minimum five (5) years of progression in a janitorial or similar industry. Operations management and/or building/facilities management and a working knowledge of the cleaning service industry is preferred.
- Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing, with the ability to communicate effectively with building owners, senior management staff, clients, vendors, and staff.
- Effective problem solving, leadership, organizational, and planning skills.
- Strong business development experience, skills, and ideas.
Compensation:
- Salary: $75,000 to $80,000/yr.

TSMG is a field data collection company founded in 2017 in Europe. We collect data where automation is not possible. We count features, take pictures, make videos, record speech, and scan areas for every detail you need to make more informed decisions. Our field data collection teams are spread across Europe and North America, ready to accept new challenges.
The goal of the project is to help collect images of streets, main points of interest and public areas in the EU countries. The project is performed on cars with 360 cameras mounted on top that image the area around the vehicle and store those images on computers inside the vehicle. Later, this data will be used to enhance one the most popular online maps in the world.
Role and responsibilitiesThe data collectors will be given specific routes around public streets and areas, specifically targeting commercial districts and historical sites. Due to poor weather conditions some areas will be visited multiple times in order to collect the best quality of imaging. The project is expected to last from 3 to 6 months and will cover different data collection areas.
ScheduleThe schedule expected on the project is Monday-Friday, 8 hours/day 40 hours per week. Due to weather downtime, work on weekends is possible.
Requirements- Must have a valid Driver Licence;
- Good driving skills and clean driving record;
- Private monitored parking space for corporate vehicle would be a plus;
- General car knowledge would be a plus;
- Enjoys driving, within standard business hours;
- Available for a minimum of 3 months;
- Great communication and reporting skills;
