• Lead the design and development of experimental features, demos, proof-of-concepts, and prototypes, from ideation to deployment.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, data scientists, and other engineers, to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Apply and/or suggest best practices in software engineering, including design patterns, code reviews, testing, and documentation, to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.

• Contribute to the strategic direction of the Innovation Lab by proposing new ideas and influencing technical roadmaps.
• Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• 5+ years of progressive experience in software development, with a significant portion of R&D, innovation, or similar cutting-edge environments.
• Advanced experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP – the more the better); knowledge of distributed systems; microservices architecture; containerization (Docker, Kubernetes); infrastructure as code (Terraform).
• Very good and/or deep understanding of software engineering best practices, algorithms, object-oriented design, functional programming paradigms, software architectures, design patterns, etc.
• Strong knowledge of artificial intelligence (computer vision, natural language processing, machine learning, deep learning, MLOps, generative AI, etc.) for structured data and multimedia processing.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies like Scrum and management tools (GitHub, Azure DevOps).
• Excellent autonomy, proactivity, problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling ambiguous and/or unknown challenges.
• Great communication skills, both written and verbal (English is mandatory), with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.

• Experience with NVIDIA CUDA / TensorRT, Intel OpenVINO, Unity 3D / Unreal Engine, OpenCV, Generative AI, tools, and agentic frameworks – LLMs, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, Autogen, ComfyUI, N8N, etc.
• Knowledge of 3D graphics, AR / VR / XR, and any other kind of technology
• Contributions to open-source projects
• Interest or experience with public speaking, community initiatives, patent applications, or publishing research papers.
• A portfolio of innovative personal projects.

Il profilo ricercato, inserito nel contesto del team Enterprise Architecture & Cloud Transformation verrà coinvolto nella definizione e gestione dell’architettura IT, garantendo l'esecuzione ordinata e coerente delle strategie aziendali. • Esperienze di almeno 8/10 anni nella progettazione di architetture in uno dei seguenti ruoli: Enterprise Architect, Solution Architect, Integration Architect;
• Esperienza con almeno una delle principali piattaforme cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud);
• Capacità di produrre e analizzare i principali Architectural Deliverable : System Context, Sequence Diagram, Component Diagram, Deployment Diagram;
• Comprensione dei principi di sicurezza cloud, protezione dati, networking, continuità operativa e ottimizzazione dei costi, con conoscenza delle relative best practice;
• Costituiscono un elemento preferenziale la conoscenza dei Framework di Enterprise Architecture (es. TOGAF) e il possesso di certificazioni cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP);
