What We Expect From You

You have a M. Sc in Computer Science or equivalent education and 2-4 years of experience, preferably in cloud domain.

During your academic or through professional experience you have gained expertise in, at least, 3 of the following fields:

Per ampliamento del nostro team, stiamo cercando un DevOps engineer da coinvolgere nelle operazioni di manutenzione, aggiornamento e monitoraggio dell’intero ciclo di vita (continuous integration and delivery) del prodotto di gestione documentale “doclife ” e dei servizi ad esso correlati (conservazione a norma, firma e fatturazione elettronica ); sarà inoltre necessario lavorare per l’evoluzione della piattaforma di dispiegamento, attualmente orchestrata da docker su macchine virtuali fornite dai clienti o da piattaforme IaaS.

Requisiti:

• Distribuire aggiornamenti e correzioni;
• Eseguire l'analisi delle cause principali degli errori di produzione, ovvero indagare e risolvere problemi tecnici;
• Scrivere codice per la gestione del prodotto e dell’infrastruttura;
• Automatizzare i processi di dispiegamento, migliorare l’osservabilità e valutare le prestazioni del sistema;
• Identificare le modifiche necessarie per l’evoluzione del sistema e migliorare la qualità dell’applicazione;
• Mantenere la documentazione di progettazione e risoluzione dei problemi;
• Integrare tra di loro i sistemi di produzione interni;
• Fornire supporto tecnico avanzato.

Altre informazioni:

• Hai conseguito una laurea di primo o secondo livello in Informatica o affini;
• Hai 3 anni o più di esperienza come DevOps Engineer o equivalente;
• Conosci strumenti e framework per la Continuous Integration and Delivery (i.e. maven, jenkins…);
• Conosci strumenti di automazione delle procedure di installazione/configurazione/monitoraggio di macchine e servizi remoti (i.e. ansible, prometheus…);
• Conosci strumenti di gestione ed orchestrazione dei container (i.e. docker, docker compose, docker swarm);
• Sai sviluppare codice utilizzando linguaggi di scripting (bash, python) e gestirne correttamente il versionamento mediante git;
• Sai amministrare server con linux;
• Allo scopo di effettuare analisi, verifiche e valutazioni sullo stato dell’applicazione e la sua evoluzione, hai familiarità con applicazioni web sviluppate con:
• Java (framework Spring) ed API REST

As a member of the Data Platform & Analytics you will be responsible of architecting the Sky big data solution, collaborating with stakeholders to understand the company needs and designing data pipelines to ensure the delivery of high quality data in a timely manner.

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer who loves automation and cloud to join our team. An ideal candidate is a person who fully embraces the use of tools such as Kubernetes,Terraform and Docker, with experience handling high-traffic data platforms, supporting highly scalable cloud-based applications. Our newly built Data Platform is hosted on GCP running on Kubernetes and managed services with agile teams pushing to automate everything possible.

Main responsibilities include:

• Contribute to the overall system design/architecture and implementation, with the main goal to provide a solid and reliable solution that satisfies the business needs and that is easy to operate.

• Identify opportunities for standardisation and automation of existing manual processes, automating the infrastructure management whether that’s on the private data centre or a public cloud provider.

• Lead and manage investigation activities, supporting the internal development teams to operate and improve the existing systems.

• Maintain and continue to develop the infrastructure and services on top, with a clear focus on CI/CD pipelines, scalability, high availability, security and operability through containerization.

Requirements:
