Job Title: IT Support Engineer / Desktop Support / Technical Support

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated IT /System Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and maintain IT infrastructure. This role requires a blend of strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver deskside support for laptops, desktops (Windows or Apple), peripherals, and audiovisual equipment
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware including servers, storage devices, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi access points
• Support Data Center operations with hardware maintenance, firmware updates, and troubleshooting
• Manage the IT asset lifecycle, including procurement, allocation, and disposal
• Guide and mentor junior team members when required

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of hands-on IT support experience
• Proficient in installing, imaging, and supporting Windows or Apple devices
• Skilled in troubleshooting peripherals such as printers, scanners, and quality control equipment
• Experience with Intune and SCCM-to-Intune migration preferred
• Strong knowledge of end-user support for large-scale laptop/desktop environments
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a proactive problem-solving mindset

Si ricerca un IT Support per un’azienda attiva nel settore dei servizi informativi e della business intelligence. La figura sarà il punto di riferimento IT per gli utenti interni, combinando competenze tecniche, supporto operativo e attenzione all’esperienza del cliente. Il ruolo prevede attività di supporto diretto, gestione degli incidenti e collaborazione con team infrastrutturali e fornitori esterni.

• Fornire supporto IT onsite, incluse sostituzioni hardware, troubleshooting AV e attività di “remote hands” in server room
• Registrare, gestire e risolvere incidenti tramite strumenti ITSM seguendo processi ITIL
• Risolvere problematiche legate a Windows OS, Microsoft 365, AD, Intune, Exchange e software aziendali standard
• Fornire supporto alla telefonia (8x8)
• Contribuire alla gestione di incidenti critici: rilevazione, documentazione, escalation e analisi dell’impatto sugli utenti
• Supportare riparazioni laptop, gestione scorte e riciclo delle apparecchiature
• Gestire i sistemi delle sale riunioni, configurare BitLocker e supportare dispositivi mobili
• Collaborare con Service Desk e Infrastructure Engineer per garantire continuità operativa

Verranno prese in considerazione figure in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:

• Esperienza in ruoli di deskside support o service desk
• Ottima conoscenza di Microsoft Windows OS e strumenti IT enterprise
• Familiarità con AD, Intune, Exchange, Entra ID
• Comprensione dei processi ITIL e degli strumenti di ticketing
• Eccellenti capacità comunicative e di customer service
• Attitudine al lavoro in team distribuiti geograficamente

• Certificazione Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
• Certificazione Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
• Certificazione ITIL Foundation

• Data Integration: Design and maintain efficient data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow between systems, supporting real-time and batch data integration needs.
• Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct tests to ensure system functionality and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including software developers, network engineers, and IT support staff, to integrate different systems.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and changes.
• Customer Support: Provide technical support to clients, including on-site assistance and remote troubleshooting.
• Project Management: Manage integration projects from conception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

Responsabilità:

• Assistenza IT di primo livello: presa in carico, analisi e risoluzione dei ticket in gestione a IT
• Gestione utenti e profilazione su Active Directory e ambiente 365
• Fornire supporto nella configurazione e manutenzione di PC, stampanti e dispositivi mobili, gestione posta (standard e pec)
• Monitorare e aggiornare lo stato dei ticket nel sistema di gestione IT
• Gestione sistemi di Videoconferenza
• Collaborare con il team IT e coordinarsi con il secondo livello per l’escalation dei problemi
• Inserimento RDA
• Esperienza anche minima in attività di Help Desk o assistenza tecnica
• Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office e degli ambienti Active directory
• Attitudine al problem solving e buona capacità relazionale

• Gestire richieste e problematiche IT tramite telefono, email o ticketing system.
• Fornire supporto tecnico di primo livello per software e hardware.
• Installare e configurare dispositivi e applicazioni aziendali.
• Monitorare e mantenere la rete e i sistemi informatici.
• Collaborare con il team IT per la risoluzione di problemi complessi.
• Formare gli utenti su nuovi strumenti tecnologici e procedure aziendali.
• Documentare le attività di supporto e aggiornare il database interno.
• Garantire il rispetto delle policy aziendali in ambito IT.

Un Help Desk di successo dovrebbe avere:

• Diploma o laurea in Informatica o ambiti affini.
• Conoscenza dell'inglese
• Conoscenza di base dei sistemi operativi Windows e/o macOS.
• Esperienza nell'uso di strumenti di ticketing e supporto remoto.
• Capacità di diagnosticare e risolvere problemi tecnici in modo rapido.
