Ci ha incaricato di ricercare il/la candidato/a ideale.
Il/la candidato/a risponderà al Responsabile HR e si occuperà dei processi di Talent Acquisition, tra cui:
- Gestione dell'intero processo di selezione, dalla definizione della job description alla negoziazione del pacchetto retributivo;
- Definizione della strategia di reclutamento per creare una pipeline di candidati solida;
- Screening e interviste ai candidati;
- Gestione delle relazioni con società di recruiting, head hunting e agenzie interinali;
- Sviluppo della mappatura dei processi interni, anche in collaborazione con il Lean Manager;
- Gestione dell'intero processo di colloquio, selezione e chiusura, garantendo un'esperienza positiva al candidato;
- Assicurare che tutte le selezioni e assunzioni siano conformi alle leggi e regolamenti sul lavoro, promuovendo l'inclusione.
Requisiti principali:
- Esperienza di 2-5 anni in ruoli simili in contesti industriali;
- Capacità di gestire autonomamente il processo di selezione delle operations;
- Esperienza nella selezione di profili office;
- Esperienza nella gestione della formazione aziendale;
- Conoscenza dell'inglese almeno a livello B2 (gradita);
- Proattività e orientamento agli obiettivi.

La risorsa, in collaborazione con il **team HR**, si occuperà delle attività di **ricerca e selezione**del personale con l'obiettivo di rendere fluida ed efficace l'organizzazione del **processo di Talent Acquisition** in tutte le sue fasi.
Nello specifico le attività saranno le seguenti:
- **Ricerca e selezione delle risorse**per tutte le sedi presenti e per le nuove aperture;
- Gestione dei rapporti con gli attuali collaboratori nell’ottica di **favorire il benessere organizzativo**;
- **Gestione delle relazioni** con i collaboratori esterni payroll;
- Supporto nell’ implementazione di azioni volte al miglioramento del benessere aziendale.
Requisiti:
- **Pregressa esperienza** in ambito HR di almeno **2 anni**in aziende mediamente strutturate;
- **Laurea** in materie umanistiche o economiche;
- Esperienza nella ricerca e selezionedel personale (ricerca attiva e passiva);
- Conoscenza dei principali canali di ricerca e selezione e del Pacchetto Office, in particolare di **Excel**;
- Ottime **capacità relazionali** e di **problem solving**;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
