La tua missione?

• Collaborare con il Direttore Operativo e i Coordinatori di Produzione per definire gli obiettivi di produzione e le fasi produttive;
• definire il calendario operativo che regola le attività, i tempi e i metodi delle produzioni e degli Stabilimenti;
• gestire con i Coordinatori di Produzione tutte le problematiche tecniche con finalità di problem solving e continuous improvement;
• assicurare lo stato di funzionamento dei macchinari e degli strumenti delle Produzioni e di tutti gli Impianti di Stabilimento;
• gestire in collaborazione con i Coordinatori di Produzione la definizione dei tempi e metodi dei piani di manutenzione delle Produzioni e degli Impianti di Stabilimento;
• collaborare con il Direttore e promuovere la messa a punto di nuovi progetti volti al miglioramento di impianti esistenti o alla creazione di nuovi;
• collaborare con la Direzione nel seguire il mercato tecnologico di settore per individuare soluzioni sempre all’avanguardia in grado di soddisfare le esigenze dei clienti;
• redigere, mantenere e gestire il Production Report System volto al continuo monitoraggio delle Produzioni e degli Stabilimenti.
• Impegno costante nella sicurezza che è la nostra priorità!
• Esperienza pregressa in ambito produzione;
• laurea Magistrale in Facoltà Tecnica preferibilmente Scientifica;
• richiesta presenza il sabato mattina per supervisionare lavori di manutenzione dell’impianto,
• esperienza precedente nella gestione o nella supervisione di impianti produttivi;
• ottima conoscenza dell’Inglese.

We are looking for a Production Manager , who will be based in Aliaxis Zola Predosa (BO) and will report to the Manufacturing Director of the site.

This figure will be in charge of managing and organizing the manufacturing process in compliance with production standards and demand, granting production effectiveness and efficiency and ensuring compliance with safety regulation and Aliaxis Global standards.

The Key Responsibilities can be summarized as follows

• Ensure the compliance with the safety rules and promote improvement actions, if needed.
• Manage the planning and the organization of production according to the demand, granting the fulfillment and the observance of the production targets.
• Guarantee the compliance with the quality and production standards.
• Ensure the efficient and effective operation of the manufacturing process.
• Guarantee the operation and the efficiency of the machinery and equipment inventory.
• Control the department performances promoting improvement actions
• Propose technical actions to improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Supervise the training for the new staff recruited and general skills in view of a constant improvement and increase in flexibility of the manpower.
• Manage and organize shifts in collaboration with shift leaders.
• Together with maintenance and planning/scheduling departments, set up the production plan to ensure the execution of the best machinery and tooling maintenance to increase flexibility.
• Supervise and lead the improvement projects in production department to reduce the transformation costs and increase the value added.

Required Qualifications and Competencies:

• At least 5 years of previous experience in a similar role or in a managerial position in Operations in a manufacturing company is required.
• Experience in plastic molding processes is considered a plus.
• Fluent English is required.
• A strong leadership and decision-making approach is fundamental for the role.
• Experience in staff management and a good team-working attitude is pivotal.
• The ability to communicate clearly and empathically with different levels of the organization is an important soft skill.
• Problem-solving skills and the knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies are necessary to support the development of the plant.
• Solid expertise in the management of capital-intensive and labor-intensive processes is required.
